Wine lover since 2001! My interest in wine began while touring the factory where they printed the LCBO VINTAGES magazine.
Over time, my passion for wine grew. Now, I am highly regarded by friends and colleagues as a resource for when they need a wine for that special occasion, be it an anniversary, birthday, wedding, gatherings at home, or when they want to impress their special friend or the In-Laws.

Highly aromatic and elegant with lovely dark currant, dark berry, floral, and sweet spice aromas. It is full bodied, dense, structured, and crunchy with very good fruit concentration, and big, yet refined tannins. Very nice aroma replays on the flavour profile with juicy, mouth-watering acids. Long finishing with dark berry and currant notes. Enjoy over the next decade. Tasted Feb/2019.

The nose is highly aromatic with lovely Morello cherry, red berry, clove, floral, spice and some underlying earthiness. It is medium+ bodied on the palate with nicely managed, fine-grained tannins that have some grip. Very nicely balanced overall with lovely replays on the flavour profile. Juicy acids are balanced and the finish length is excellent. Enjoyable now or over the next 10 years. Tasted Oct/2018.

It's medium-full bodied and richly layered and textured with lovely aroma replays, plus some touches of waxy and nutty notes. Vibrant acids freshen the palate. Finessed and balanced with excellent length on the long, nutty, toasty finish. Tasted Nov/2019.

Nicely balanced overall, although tight tannins could use 3-4 years to soften up. Excellent length on the long, fresh finish. Tasted Mar/2018. Score: 92+ pts

Full-bodied & concentrated with nicely balanced aroma replays, plus black pepper, fig, and floral nuances supported by fresh, bright acidity to keep things quite light on the palate. Firm, drying, mouth-puckering tannins have a dusty & chalky texture. Excellent Finish length with dark berry, black plum, licorice, & spice flavours. Lovely savoury-earthy character throughout.
