Wine lover since 2001! My interest in wine began while touring the factory where they printed the LCBO VINTAGES magazine.
Over time, my passion for wine grew. Now, I am highly regarded by friends and colleagues as a resource for when they need a wine for that special occasion, be it an anniversary, birthday, wedding, gatherings at home, or when they want to impress their special friend or the In-Laws.

Blend of 70% Corvina, 25% Rondinella, and 5% Molinara. Highly aromatic nose featuring earth, bing cherry, strawberry and sweet oak. It's full-bodied with silky tannins and very good structure. Captivating, oak-spiced aroma replays are intense on the palate. Very good fruit and oak balance, with some pleasing sweetness. The finish goes on and on. Enjoy over the next 15 years. Gorgeous, intense aromatics offer a mix of red berry, floral, and sweet spice with savoury undertones, all of which echoes nicely on the flavour profile. It's full-bodied with chiselled, well-defined tannins that have some chalky grip, while acids are fresh and balanced. Powerful, yet elegant with plenty of finesse. Excellent finish length. Still a bit tight at this stage and will benefit with 2-3 years ageing and drink over the next 20+ years. Birth year treasure. Sangiovese, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Tasted Nov/2019.

A superb expression of Sangiovese, this has an elegant, highly aromatic nose of crushed cherry, cedar wood, rose floral, and purple fruits. The rich, powerful palate is medium-full bodied with big, structured, chalky tannins. It has very nicely balanced aroma replays that is more earthy with tar and leathery notes. Some mineral and graphite flavours arrive mid-palate and linger through to the finish, with excellent length. Needs 5-6 years and enjoy over the next 20 years. Tasted Nov/2019.

Lovely, highly aromatic, perfumed nose of red cherry, berry, raspberry, and floral with some savoury underpinnings. It's medium-full bodied with lovely aroma replays supported by firm, grippy, and chalky tannins, and very good acidity. Excellent finish length. Drink this stylish wine after 5-7 years of ageing. Tasted Sept/2019.

Fresh, highly aromatic, and complex nose of dark berry, blackberry, sweet spice, and earthy nuances. It's full-bodied on the palate with big tannins that are well-integrated. Lovely baking spice, dark berry, and earthy replays on the flavour profile supported by mouthwatering acidity. Well-balanced throughout with pepper spice, dark berry, and earthy notes lingering on the long finish. Tasted Nov/2019.

The medium-high intensity nose is elegant, refined and complex with lovely floral, violet, sweet vanillan oak, clove, blackberry and dark berry aromas. It's full-bodied on the palate with lovely aroma replays supported by structured tannins that are smooth, refined and have a velvety mouthfeel. Acids are very good and the finish length is excellent. Lovely, intense nose of mineral, pear, vanilla, and apple with great elegance. It is medium-full to full bodied on the fresh palate with very nice, balanced aroma replays. Mountain fruit showing vibrant, juicy acids. Nicely balanced throughout, with mineral notes on the long, juicy finish. Tasted Oct/2019.

An oak aged Sauvignon Blanc, this has a fairly intense nose that has subtle oak-influenced vanilla aromas layered on top of yellow fruit, citrus, and herbs. It is medium-full bodied with a creamy, elegant mouthfeel and appealing vanilla flavoured herbal characters. Acids are fresh and vibrant, while the finish length is excellent. Tasted Oct/2019.
