The fresh, medium-high to highly aromatic nose offers a lovely, complex mix of floral, earth, milk chocolate, stony mineral, dark red berry, and violet aromas in a savoury profile. The medium-bodied palate has supple, fine-grained tannins balanced with fresh, vibrant acidity that supports the lovely aroma replays joined by white pepper, slightly spicy notes on the flavour profile. Really well-balanced with stony mineral, dark red berry, and violets lingering on the long, slightly chalky finish. Tasted Apr/2021. Score: 90+ pts

It is delectably sweet on the impressively concentrated, medium-full bodied palate w/ gorgeous honeyed orange marmalade, apricot, candied ginger, peach, lemon citrus & orange zest replays. It's lusciously sweet, but not cloying due to fresh, juicy & lemony acidity. Touch of spice on mid-palate. Nicely balanced throughout, with caramel & honey notes lingering on the long, crisp, sticky & very tasty finish. Tasted Jan. 2025. Score: 92+ pts

The medium+ intensity nose seems a bit shy, but offers dark fruited aromas of black and blueberry alongside white pepper spice, wood, and touches of floral. It's medium+ bodied with good fruit concentration on the palate and fruit forward flavours of dark berry and blackberry joined by savoury, earthy, white pepper spice, and wood notes supported by fresh acidity and refined, dusty-textured tannins. Lovely floral notes emerge on the mid-palate and linger to the stony mineral finish, with excellent length. Tasted May/2021.

This 100% Sauvignon Blanc has intense and deep aromas of lemon citrus and white flowers with underlying minerality and touches of herbal and guava adding further complexities. The medium-full bodied, concentrated palate has ripe fruited aroma replays of lemon citrus, white floral, and stony mineral flavours with elegance. It has crisp, well-delineated acidity and is really well-balanced throughout with stony mineral notes lingering on the finish, with excellent length. Tasted May/2021.

Gorgeous, highly aromatic nose is fresh with lovely, complex notes of red and black fruit, currant, cassis, stony mineral, graphite, and pencil lead, turning smoky with time in the glass. It's full-bodied on the ripe, supple palate with more red and black fruit, currant, and cassis flavours joined by herbally notes. Acids are fresh and well-balanced, while smooth, supple tannins are well-integrated, yet still offer some structure. Excellent finish length on the slightly chalky finish with savoury mineral and herbal flavours. Highly recommended buy. Tasted Mar/2021.

The medium+ bodied palate is dry and structured with complex and ripe flavours of red cherry, red plum, fine sweet spices, dried herbs, savoury oak, plus orange touches. It has fresh and juicy acidity, along with well-structured and somewhat grippy tannins. Savoury earth and smoky mineral notes linger on the long, textured finish. Tasted Sept. 2025. Score: 92+ pts

The palate is light-bodied with flavours of dark red sour cherry, spice, floral, and earth. Acids are fresh and juicy, along with a touch of warmth on the mid-palate, but still well-balanced. Tannins are fine-grained and textured with a supple grip. Savoury, earthy notes flecked with cherry and floral linger on the long, juicy finish, with excellent length. Tasted Feb/2021.

Medium-high intensity nose is deep & dark fruited, slightly reductive & bretty, but laying underneath are complex aromas of spice, black and red fruit, currant, forest floor, earthy, and stony mineral notes. Impressively structured, medium-full bodied palate it has lovely dark fruited blackberry, blueberry, stony mineral & dried spice notes with hints of black plum. Succulent acids are fresh & juicy, while the suave, structured tannins have a slightly chalky grip. Some warmth on mid-palate, but still well-balanced. Excellent length on stony mineral, slightly tart berry finish. Tasted Oct/2021.

It's medium-full bodied with lovely aroma replays lifted by fresh, balanced acidity and fine-grained tannins that are slightly chalky and grippy, tapering to a savoury, minerally, slightly smoky finish, with excellent length.
