Made with 100% Coda di Volpe, this is fairly quiet on the nose, but the medium-full bodied palate is concentrated and structured with plenty of character. Stone fruits, white peach, saline, and fine mineral flavours abound with very good acidity and length on the finish. Tasted Oct/2019. Score: 88+ pts

This organic and pure Sangiovese has lovely bright red cherry, dark currant, and earthy aromas of high intensity. It's medium-full to full-bodied with structured, grippy, and drying tannins, along with juicy acidity that supports the lovely ripe red cherry, earthy, and subtle oak spice flavours. A touch of warm on the mid-palate that lingers on the finish, with excellent length. Should provide pleasure to the end of the decade. Tasted Sept. 2022. Score: 92+ pts

Nearly half Grenache Blanc with Roussanne, Clairette, Bourboulenc, Piquepoul, and Picardin rounding out the blend. Lovely, fragrant, medium-high to highly aromatic nose has floral, citrus, melon, lemon, and pear aromas are joined by herbal complexity in a wonderfully balanced and elegant profile. The medium+ bodied palate is dry and crisp with fresh, well-balanced acidity and herbally, lemon peel, floral, and pear replays. Some bitterness on the mid-palate, while the finish is long, fresh, and well-balanced. Tasted Dec. 2024.

This 100% Sangiovese has a lovely, open, fragrant, and fresh nose delivering aromas of Damson plum, red cherry, spices, sandalwood, and savoury wet earth with rose floral accents. It's medium-full bodied on the chewy, structured palate with very appealing Damson plum, red cherry, savoury earth, and sweet spice flavours. Acids are fresh and lively, while the ripe, youthful tannins have some grip that will reward ageing. Savoury with lovely flavour replays lingering on the long, youthful finish. Tasted May 2022.

Flavours of currant, plum, blackberry, sweet cassis, dark cherry, and gentle wood spice are neatly balanced and supported by fresh acidity. It has fresh, well-balanced acidity and supple, still-grippy tannins that will continue to soften and integrate with time in the cellar. The sandalwood, oak spice, and earthen notes linger through to the long, savoury finish. Tasted Feb. 2023.

There's a nice, subtle chalky texture on the mid-palate, while citrus, leesy-stony mineral and floral notes linger on the very long, crisp, and balanced finish. Tasted Sept. 2022.
