Wine lover since 2001! My interest in wine began while touring the factory where they printed the LCBO VINTAGES magazine.
Over time, my passion for wine grew. Now, I am highly regarded by friends and colleagues as a resource for when they need a wine for that special occasion, be it an anniversary, birthday, wedding, gatherings at home, or when they want to impress their special friend or the In-Laws.

Open and highly aromatic on the nose with gorgeous aromas of petrol, lemon, and citrus accented with floral, mineral, stone fruit, and peach adding complexity and intrigue. The medium+ bodied palate is gently off-dry (i.e. slightly sweet) with excellent concentration and delicious honeyed citrus, and white peach flavours. It has bright acidity, alongside a lovely, mineral textured mouthfeel. Lemony, peach, and honeyed notes taper to a dry finish, with excellent length. Still quite young and should age gracefully into the mid-2030s. Tasted May 2025.

Lovely, highly aromatic nose delivers very pretty cherry, dried rose floral, and sweet spice aromas which follow through on the palate, joined by wood spice notes. Acids are very good, while the finish is long and balanced. Needs a few years for the very grippy and chalky tannins to integrate. Tasted Sept/2019.

Beautiful, fresh, intensely aromatic nose offers ripe lemon citrus, leesy mineral, golden apple, and lactic notes. The medium+ bodied palate is refined and elegant with more lemon citrus, golden apple, and mineral replays joined by subtle spicy tones and a twist of honey. Acids are fresh and crisp. There's good tension between the fruit and acidity, and it's nicely balanced overall. Lovely mineral, lemon citrus, and apple notes are subtly smoky on the finish, with excellent length. Tasted July 2022.

This 100% Pinot Noir rosé has a fresh, elegant, and intense nose with attractive aromas of grapefruit, citrus, red currant, strawberry, red cherry, and mineral. It's medium+ bodied with good weight to the fruit with lovely grapefruit, citrus and red berry flavours coming through on the dry palate. Acids are well-balanced, while white pepper spice notes join the grapefruit, citrus, and red berry profile on the mid-palate, lingering through to the long, leesy mineral finish. Tasted Aug/2021. Score: 90+ pts

It is impressively structured with an off-dry (i.e. lightly sweet) flavour profile of ripe peach, apricot, and lemon/lime citrus joined by spice and touches of petrol. The medium-full bodied palate is impressively structured w/ ripe red berry, cherry, cranberry, savoury earth & underbrush flavours with hints of oak spice & herbs. Acids are crisp, fresh & juicy, while dusty, structured tannins are approachable, yet age worthy. Some orange notes add further complexity to the red cherry, floral & oak spice finish, w/ excellent length. Tasted Oct. 2024. Score: 92+ pts

It's dry and medium-full bodied with elegant and ripe tannins that are well-structured. Flavours of currant, plum, blackberry, sweet cassis, dark cherry, and gentle wood spice are neatly balanced and supported by fresh acidity. Fresh. fragrant, medium-high intensity nose offers lovely aromas of red berry, cherry, and currant aromas that mingle with spice and savoury touches. It's medium+ bodied with very good concentration and lovely spiced aroma replays on the flavour profile. Structured with supple tannins and a very nice texture that is subtly chalky. Touch warm on the mid-palate, but balanced overall. Excellent finish length with a stony mineral aftertaste. Tasted Sept/2021.
