Wine lover since 2001! My interest in wine began while touring the factory where they printed the LCBO VINTAGES magazine.

Aromas are of medium-high intensity and show lovely cherry, strawberry notes, with slight earthy and elegant floral tones. It's light-bodied with very nice aroma replays surrounded by an earthy core on the palate. Taut tannins could use another year or two. Has mouth-watering acids and a long, smooth finish. Very balanced overall. Tasted Apr/2014.

Medium-high intensity aroma profile with ripe fruits, pepper, herbal and vegetal notes, along with hints of cassis. It's full-bodied with nice aroma replays on the palate, and mouth-watering acids. Tannins are smooth, while the finish is lengthy. Lovely stuff. Tasted Feb/2014.

Elegant, savoury aromas of barnyard, earth and red fruits of high intensity. Medium-bodied palate with nice aroma replays and subtle sweet spice notes. It is well-balanced with tannins integrating very nicely. It has very good structure, mouth-watering acids, and a very long finish. Tasted Mar/2015.

Yummy lychee, meyer lemon and rose petal aromas from the cork. Classic, elegant Gewürztraminer aromas led by lychee fruit from the glass. Full-bodied, creamy mouthfeel, and round with more lychee, orange, lavender, rose and hints of ginger on the palate. Bracing acids and not as sweet as one might expect. Long, smooth, and almost bitter finish. Recommended buy. Tasted Feb/2014.

This organic wine has lovely, elegant aromas of medium+ intensity showing red fruits, plum, milk chocolate and vanilla. Medium-bodied palate show both sweet and savoury notes of oak spice, raspberry, red fruits, freshly tilled earth and cocoa. Rush of acids on the mid-palate give way to a long, savoury finish. Nicely balanced overall and quite food-friendly. Drink now until 2024. Tasted Oct/2014.

This oaked Chardonnay comes from 50-year old vines. Highly aromatic with light smoky buttered popcorn, apple, nutty and mineral aromas. Palate is medium-bodied with tropical fruit, spice and nice interplay between oak and fruit. Balanced with very good acidity. Oak-influenced and nutty finish that's smooth and very lengthy. Gorgeous! Medium-to-high aromatics with earthy, oak, red berry, cherry, strawberry and some floral notes that replay very nicely on the balanced palate. It's medium+ bodied with fairly firm tannins, very good acidity and lengthy finish. Cellar this one for at least 2-3 years and enjoy until 2030. Tasted Oct/2015.
