Impressively fragrant and elegant with rich, buttery, apple, pear, and vanilla aromas, plus some earthy mineral and a touch of reductive character in a balanced profile. The medium-full bodied palate is dry with lovely, well-balanced aroma replays on the flavour profile, plus accents of spice, vanilla, and savouriness that adds complexity. It has very good acidity that is fresh and juicy, while earthy, spice, and vanilla notes linger on the long, balanced finish. Tasted May 2025.
