Elegant, medium-high to highly aromatic nose offers lovely bright red cherry aromas that mingle w/ musky, strawberry, gentle oak spice & earth, plus hints of tea leaf, beetroot & plum add complexity. Good weight & concentration on the medium to medium-full bodied, dry palate w/ ripe red cherry, dark berry, strawberry, gentle oak spice, tea leaf, earth & beetroot flavours. Nicely balanced. Acids are crisp, fresh & juicy, while refined tannins are lightly grippy, offering a pleasing mouthfeel. Tangy dark red berries w/ earthy minerals linger on long, crisp finish. Tasted Aug. 2023. Score: 91+ pts

Aged in a combination of concrete and oak, this Sauvignon Blanc has a fragrant, highly aromatic nose of stony-leesy mineral, herbs, lemongrass, and lime citrus notes. On the dry, medium-full bodied palate it has very good weight and concentration, along with a very nice texture. It has lovely aroma replays and very good acidity on the well-balanced palate, with flavours continuing on to the long, balanced, and juicy finish. Tasted Sept. 2023. Score: 91+ pts

The attractive, medium-high intensity nose is ripe & inviting with a lovely mix of lemon citrus, leesy mineral, grapefruit & tropical fruit aromas, plus hints of white peach, floral & saline adding further complexity. It's medium-full bodied & dry on the nicely structured palate with delicious grapefruit, lemon citrus, leesy mineral, peach & floral replays. Some saline & spice characters appear on the mid-palate. Acids are fresh & juicy with nice structure. It's nicely balanced throughout with citrusy, mineral & subtle spice notes lingering on the long and very juicy finish. Tasted Nov. 2023.

The medium-high to highly aromatic nose has attractive, sweet and ripe dark red and black fruited aromas of cassis and currant accented with cedary oak and savoury earth notes. It's full-bodied with very nice, attractive aroma replays joined by grilled herb and mint characters on the flavour profile. It has juicy acids and well-structured, approachable tannins. Cedary oak tones linger on the long finish. Tasted Sept. 2023. Score: 91+ pts

Blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Syrah, and 5% Carmenere, this has a fresh, medium-high intensity nose of sweet wood spices, red & back currant, cassis, plum, meaty, and with a touch of pepper spice aromas adding further complexity. It's full-bodied on the dry palate with gently spiced aromas replays supporting the sweet, ripe fruited flavours. Acids are fresh, while the tannins have a subtle grip. Very good length on the long-lasting finish. Tasted Nov. 2023.

Unfiltered, this single vineyard Xinomavro has a medium+ to medium-high intensity nose that offers pretty aromas of dried rose and red cherry, followed by sweet baking spice and cinnamon, plus touches of oak spice and earth. It's medium-full bodied with big, firm, youthful, and drying tannins that play up to the fruit. Lovely dried rose, cherry, cedary wood spice, and cinnamon flavours lead to a juicy, succulent mid-palate. It's well-structured with high, gently tangy acidity. Delicious flavour replays are joined by touches of smoky earth on long, dry finish. Tasted Dec. 2023.

This blend of Merlot and Sangiovese has a medium+ intensity nose takes some coaxing to open up, offering attractive notions of rich and ripe red & black cherry, cedary wood, baking spice, and savoury wet earth aromas. It's medium-full bodied with lovely, ripe, red and black cherry, baking spice, rose floral, clove, sandalwood, and earthy flavours that are supported by fresh and juicy acidity. Rich, structured tannins are youthful and somewhat grippy with a slightly chalky texture. Earthy with mineral notes linger on the long, grippy, and well-structured finish. Tasted Dec. 2023.

This blend of 90% Assyrtiko, 5% Athiri, and 5% Aidani has a ripe, medium-high intensity nose of lemon, citrus, and grapefruit aromas, along with touches of mineral, fennel, anise, and floral that add complexity and interest. It is quite concentrated on the medium-full bodied palate with a lovely, rich mouthfeel. All of the aroma echo on the deliciously dry flavour profile, supported by juicy and well-balanced acidity. The long finish is crisp, clean, and juicy. Tasted Oct. 2023. Score: 90+ pts

The elegant and refined nose of medium-high intensity has attractive red berry, cherry, strawberry aromas followed by sweet and savoury spice, and sandalwood notes. On the medium+ bodied palate it is well-structured and dry with red and dark red cherry, strawberry, earthy spices, and white pepper flavours. Although quite pale in colour for this style of wine, it has very good structure with some grip to the gently chalky tannins. Very good acidity. Lovely cherry, strawberry, and earthy notes are joined by mineral touches on the long, crisp finish. Tasted Feb. 2024.

This blend of 97% Tempranillo and 3% Mazuelo has a fresh, medium-high to highly aromatic nose of red cherry, sweet oak spice, coconut, vanilla, and herbs. On the full-bodied palate it has fresh acidity and a crunchy mouthfeel with lovely, slightly desiccated red cherry, floral, coconut, and herbal flavours Ripe tannins are integrating nicely, while savoury coconut notes linger on the finish, with excellent length.
