Wine lover since 2001! My interest in wine began while touring the factory where they printed the LCBO VINTAGES magazine.

Fresh, highly aromatic nose featured poached pear-apple, vanilla, and peach aromas with gentle spice and toast nuances, plus a touch of reductive character. It's medium+ bodied on the creamy, well-structured palate with elegant and fresh acidity, with lovely, balanced, ripe, and layered aroma replays on the flavour profile, plus touches of bubblegum. Juicy with excellent length on the finish. Tasted Apr. 2023.

Lovely, highly aromatic, and fragrant nose delivers dark red berry, cherry, strawberry, tea leaf, currant, and stony mineral aromas, all of which echo very nicely on the medium to medium-full bodied palate with very good concentration. It's nicely balanced with crisp acidity and light, fine-grained tannins that have a supple texture. Long, savoury, red berry, and mineral-tinged finish. Tasted Apr. 2023.

The fragrant, medium-high intensity nose is spicy w/ a pleasing mix of ripe red, black & blue fruit aromas, layered over savoury earth, meaty & black pepper spice notes. Stony mineral aromas emerge w/ time in the glass. On the juicy, dry, medium-bodied & well-structured palate the lovely red-black-blue fruit flavour replays are joined by black pepper spice, stony mineral, savoury earth & subtle wood spice flavours. It has crisp, juicy acidity & smooth, refined & gently chewy tannins with a touch of grip. Crisp with stony mineral notes lingering on the excellent length finish. Tasted June 2023.

The medium-high to highly aromatic nose is clean and elegant, delivering lovely citrusy and floral aromas accented with hints of lemongrass and herbs. It is impressively concentrated on the medium-full bodied palate with lovely aroma replays, plus hints of vanilla. Complex and structured with very nice, balanced acidity. Harmonious with exceptional length on the finish. Tasted Sept. 2022.

Some reductive notes blow off to reveal lovely, fragrant stony mineral, leesy, lemon and lime citrus aromas flecked with white peach notes. On the dry-ish, mid-weighted palate, it has delicious lime mineral, and citrus flavours with touches of melon flavours. It has a very nice, textured mouthfeel and well-balanced acidity. Long, minerally textured finish. Tasted Apr. 2023.

A blend of 85% Assyrtiko and 15% Athiri, this has a fresh, medium-high intensity nose of lemon/lime citrus and herbs, with touches of floral and minerals. It's medium-full bodied with very good weight and concentration on the dry palate with lemongrass notes joining the aroma replays on the flavour profile. Bright and lively acidity freshens the palate, while the finish is impressively long and succulent. Tasted May 2023.

The fragrant, medium-high intensity nose is elegantly aromatic with red berry, raspberry, herbs, red licorice, cherry, and smoky-stony mineral aromas with touches of floral and earth. On the dry, light-to-mid weighted palate it offers juicy and ripe raspberry, herbal, cherry, earthy mineral flavours that are backed by fresh, well-balanced acidity and light, dusty textured tannins. It has very nice interplays between the berry fruit, savoury mineral & herbal characters, with the mineral notes lingering through to the long-lasting, gently chalky textured finish. Tasted Aug. 2023. Score: 91+ pts

Elegant and fragrant, it has smoky and minerally aromas layered with green apple, pear, and orchard fruit notes. On the creamy textured, medium to medium-full bodied palate it has lovely smoky, minerally, and apple aroma replays with hints of white peach, wood, and saline. Acids are nicely balanced, while the long finish is minerally and smoky with touches of lime citrus notes. Tasted Nov. 2023.

Blend of 85% Assyrtiko, 10% Athiri, and 5% Aidani from 50 year-old vines that was matured for 6 months in French oak vats. The fresh, medium-high to highly aromatic nose delivers smoky, stony mineral, herbs, and lemon/lime citrus notes. It's medium-full bodied with bright acidity and very nice aroma replays on the dry flavour profile with pleasing smoky mineral flavours. It has a very nicely textured mouthfeel, while smoky and salty mineral notes linger on the finish, with excellent length. Tasted May 2023.

It's framed by well-balanced acidity and elegant tannins, while currant and earthy notes linger on the long finish. Tasted Sept. 2023.
