Wine lover since 2001! My interest in wine began while touring the factory where they printed the LCBO VINTAGES magazine.
Over time, my passion for wine grew. Now, I am highly regarded by friends and colleagues as a resource for when they need a wine for that special occasion, be it an anniversary, birthday, wedding, gatherings at home, or when they want to impress their special friend or the In-Laws.

This barrel influenced blend of 62% Sauvignon Blanc and 38% Semillon delivers intense, elegant aromatics lime, white flowers, lemon peel, bees wax, oatmeal, and spice notes with touches of melon. It's medium+ bodied on the crunchy palate with very nice, dry, wood influenced flavours of grapefruit, citrus, and tropical fruits with some mineral notes. Acids are very good, while the finish is long and nicely balanced. Tasted Nov/2019.

A blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, this is a classy Champagne with a bright, lifted nose of biscuit, honey, and nutty aromas and flavours. It is medium-full bodied and dry with fine mousse and very good acidity. Excellent finish length with a focused, nutty and biscuity finish. Tasted Nov/2019.

A blend of 88% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 1% Cabernet Franc, and 1% Carmenère, this has an elegant and ripe nose of red & black cherries, blueberries with savoury and earthy accents. The full-bodied palate is firmly structured and a touch chalky with lovely aroma replays, plus some graphite notes. Rich with balanced acids and excellent length on the grippy finish. Tasted Nov/2019. Score: 91+ pts

Fine, highly aromatic nose of petrol, white peach, and orange citrus, supported by lively acids on the medium-sweet palate with orange, peach, and citrus flavours along with some mineral notes. Fresh, clean, open, and fragrant nose of stony mineral mingles with lime citrus, stone fruit, and a hint of grassy herb. It is firmly structured and fresh on the palate with very good depth of fruit and flavour intensity, offering stony mineral, citrus, and saline flavours. Tangy, mouth-watering acids are fresh and lively, while the stony-citrus finish has excellent length. Tasted Nov/2019.

Lovely aromatics of medium-high intensity features a nice mineral, petrol, peach and candied orange citrus nose. The palate is medium-bodied with intense, sweet fruited citrusy aroma replays along with hints of lemon/lime and limestone minerality. Acids are bright and a touch sour. Nicely balanced overall and finishes with more minerally notes and excellent length. Tasted Apr/2017.

In the glass, this has highly aromatic and complex aromas of citrusy fruit - lemon/lime mingling with asparagus, herbal, nettle qualities, a tinge of honey, all surrounded by mineral elements. The palate is medium-bodied and fleshy with grapefruit, lemon citrus, herbal, and nettle flavours. Nicely balanced acids are juicy. Finishing long. Well-composed and elegant overall. Very enjoyable.
