Wine lover since 2001! My interest in wine began while touring the factory where they printed the LCBO VINTAGES magazine.
Over time, my passion for wine grew. Now, I am highly regarded by friends and colleagues as a resource for when they need a wine for that special occasion, be it an anniversary, birthday, wedding, gatherings at home, or when they want to impress their special friend or the In-Laws.

Highly aromatic nose is flinty and toasty with ripe apple, vanilla, and lemon aromas in a slightly reductive profile. It is medium-bodied on the palate with crisp, clean acids and reductive in style with more lemon, mineral, and poached apple flavours. Long, persistent finish that shows some of that famed County minerality. Tasted July/2019.

Trebbiano di Lugana that was mostly (70%) barrel-fermented, and wholly barrel-aged. This has a lovely, highly aromatic nose that is rich and oak-infused with buttery and vanilla notes, also some baked apple, pear, and nutty aromas. It is full-bodied with richly textured vanilla, nutty, lemon, spice, and touches of dried apricot flavours. Acids are juicy, while the finish is long and rich. Tasted July/2019.

Medium-high intensity aromatics are complex, offering lovely wet stone mineral, beeswax, white peach, citrus, and ripe apple notes. The crunchy palate is off-dry and noticeably sweet with orange and citrus notes, plus aroma replays. Acids are fresh and vibrant while the finish is long and juicy. Tasted Feb/2019.

This organic red blend has a medium-high intensity nose that offers ripe red cherry and oak, along with savoury forest floor and wet earth aromas. On the medium+ bodied palate, it has nice aroma replays supported by fresh acids and smooth, integrated tannins. Red berry and oak notes linger on the long finish. Elegant and refined. Fresh, medium-high intensity has complex peppery spice, earth, dark berry, blackberry, dark plum, and hints of purple fruit aromas. It's medium-full bodied with fresh, vibrant acidity lifting the spicy aroma replays. Supple tannins are a touch tight at the moment. Excellent length on the long, balanced finish. Tasted Aug/2019. Score: 90+ pts
