Wine lover since 2001! My interest in wine began while touring the factory where they printed the LCBO VINTAGES magazine.
Over time, my passion for wine grew. Now, I am highly regarded by friends and colleagues as a resource for when they need a wine for that special occasion, be it an anniversary, birthday, wedding, gatherings at home, or when they want to impress their special friend or the In-Laws.

Lovely, highly aromatic nose offers tropical fruit, and mango aromas in a honeyed profile, with nice replays on the medium+ bodied, lusciously sweet palate, and is nicely framed by balanced acidity. Excellent finish length. Tasted Oct/2019.

From the excellent 2012 vintage, this is a blend of 46% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Cabernet Franc and 13% Malbec, offering big complex, plummy, dark fruit, currant, sweet oak, mint and licorice aromas and flavours. Full-bodied with firm tannins and mouth-watering acids on the palate. Long finish. Try in 4+ years and will drink for a decade. Tasted Oct/2016.

Highly aromatic nose that is notably reductive, eventually revealing green pepper, herb, and citrus aromas. It is medium-full bodied and nicely textured with guava, tropical fruit, kiwi, and tree fruit flavours. Acids are fresh. Tangy notes arrive mid-palate and continue through to the long finish. The highly aromatic nose delivers lovely fig, raisin, dried dark berry compote, cocoa, and slightly bitter notes with a savoury core. On the full-bodied, structured palate, it has savoury, cocoa, and spice replays supported very good acidity and polished, textured, and structured tannins. The finish is long with savoury cocoa and earthy notes, with excellent length. Last tasted Nov/2021.

This blend of 96% Chardonnay and 4% Pinot Noir was aged for 9 years prior to release. It is highly aromatic with lovely floral, lemon citrus, apple, yeasty, fresh bread aromas. The palate is really well-balanced with fine bubbles and mousse, along with crisp acids and mouthfeel. It's dry with honeyed lemon citrus flavours and the finish length is excellent. Tasted Sept/2019.

It is full-bodied with nutty, honeyed, and grapefruit citrus characters on the flavour profile. It has fine mousse and very good, balanced acidity, and a very long aftertaste. A fine vintage bubbly. Ripe, fairly intense nose offers red and black fruits, currant, cassis, and spice notes. It is full bodied with herbally flavours followed by lovely aroma replays. Fresh, medium-high to high intensity aromatics are fresh with red berry, cherry, sweet baking spice, and vanilla aromas. The palate is medium-full bodied with fine, supple tannins that are a touch grippy. Lovely, balanced aroma replays on the palate along with a juicy mid-palate. Nicely balanced throughout, while the finish is long and graceful. 85% Tempranillo, 10% Graciano, and 5% Mazuelo. Tasted Sept/2019.
