Wine lover since 2001! My interest in wine began while touring the factory where they printed the LCBO VINTAGES magazine.
Over time, my passion for wine grew. Now, I am highly regarded by friends and colleagues as a resource for when they need a wine for that special occasion, be it an anniversary, birthday, wedding, gatherings at home, or when they want to impress their special friend or the In-Laws.

From the excellent 2012 vintage, this is a blend of 46% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Cabernet Franc and 13% Malbec, offering big complex, plummy, dark fruit, currant, sweet oak, mint and licorice aromas and flavours. Full-bodied with firm tannins and mouth-watering acids on the palate. Long finish. Try in 4+ years and will drink for a decade. Tasted Oct/2016.

Lovely, highly aromatic nose delivers buttery, vanilla, ripe golden apple, and pineapple aromas. It's medium-full bodied and a touch ripe on the palate with juicy acids and very good fruit concentration and more vanilla, buttery, apple, and pear flavours. There's some leesy and mineral qualities on the mid-palate. Toasty and spicy notes linger on the long finish, with excellent length. Tasted Feb/2020.

Ripe, fairly intense nose offers red and black fruits, currant, cassis, and spice notes. It is full bodied with herbally flavours followed by lovely aroma replays. It is structured with smooth tannins and very good acidity. Nicely balanced throughout with excellent length on the finish. Tasted Sept/2018.
