Wine lover since 2001! My interest in wine began while touring the factory where they printed the LCBO VINTAGES magazine.

100% Sauvignon Blanc. Fresh, fragrant, and intensely aromatic with impressive depth, it has lovely aromas of lemon citrus, white floral, flinty-earthy minerality, pear, quince, and melon. On the dry, medium-full bodied palate it has very good concentration with ripe, lightly honeyed flavours of citrus, pear, quince, and flinty-earthy-leesy minerality. It's supported by fresh, crisp, and lively acidity, and a pleasing textural mouthfeel on the mid-palate. Leesy minerality with citrus, quince, and pear notes linger on the very long, crisp finish. Tasted Apr. 2023. Score: 92+ pts

100% Sauvignon Blanc. Fresh, fragrant, open, and highly aromatic on the nose with lovely lemon citrus, quince, pear, and spring flower aromas with a fine, flinty mineral underpinning. It is medium to medium-full bodied on the well-structured, dry, and ripe palate with deliciously elegant lemon citrus, stone fruit, apple, quince, and pear replays, plus spicy notes, herbs, and flinty mineral flavours. It is impeccably well-balanced throughout with crisp, juicy acidity, while minerally, herbal, and stone fruit characters linger on the finish, with excellent length. Wow! Tasted Apr. 2023.

Lovely, medium-high to highly aromatic nose is smoky and reductive, layered over ripe apple, lemon citrus, and pear aromas, plus a touch of oak adding further complexity. It's medium+ to medium-full bodied on the dry palate with lovely, well-balanced aroma replays echoing on the flavour profile with complex pear, smoky mineral, and leesy notes. It has juicy acidity and a very nice mouthfeel. Excellent length with touches of spice on the finish. Tasted May 2025.

The medium-high intensity aromatics feature pretty rose florals, red cherry, and berry aromas, with touches of orange. It's medium-bodied with lovely aroma replays featuring red berry, cherry and floral notes. Medium-level tannins have some structure, but are quite approachable now. Juicy acids linger through to the long, juicy finish. Tasted Feb/2020.

Fragrant, medium-high intensity, and complex nose of black & red currant, cassis, fine wood spice, cherry, savoury earth, and oak, plus touches of eucalypt. The full-bodied palate is concentrated and well-structured with more minty notes coming to the fore, and supported by black & red currant, cedary oak spice, and herbal flavours. It has very good, juicy acidity, along with well-structured tannins. Currant, savoury, and earthy notes linger on the very long finish. Tasted May 2025.

Screw cap. Ripe, medium-high intensity nose delivers guava, kiwi, passion fruit, tropical fruit, gooseberry, and citrus aromas with a fine mineral underpinning. It is medium-bodied with good weight to the fruit and slightly creamy textured. Zesty citrus, ripe kiwi, guava, and passion fruit flavours with touches of spice and floral are lifted by the fresh, vibrant acidity. Fine mineral and lime zest notes linger on the long, crisp finish, with excellent length. Lovely, as always. Tasted Feb/2020.

On the rich, medium-full bodied palate, it shows very good concentration with delicious sandalwood, earthy wood spices, leather, coconut, red & black cherry, raspberry, and licorice flavours. It has fresh, well-balanced acidity and supple, still-grippy tannins that will continue to soften and integrate with time in the cellar. The sandalwood, oak spice, and earthen notes linger through to the long, savoury finish. Tasted Feb. 2023.

It's medium-full bodied on the ripe, structured palate with lovely red cherry, clove, earth replays, plus sandalwood notes on the flavour profile. It is impeccably balanced with juicy, succulent acidity & well-integrated, elegantly structured, and grainy textured tannins. Savoury, earthy, chestnut, and sandalwood notes with touches of cherry lingering on the long, highly pleasurable finish. Tasted Mar. 2023. Score: 92+ pts
