Lovely, fragrant aromas of impressive intensity offers attractive notes of tea leaf, dark red cherry, black raspberry, spice, earth, beet root, and some exotic spices for added complexity. It's light-to-mid-weighted and dry, with elegant tannins supporting the black raspberry, cherry, spice, beet root, and dried herb flavours. It's got juicy acidity, while the finish is long, earthy, and savoury. Tasted Apr. 2024.

Lovely, balanced aroma replays on the flavour profile supported by mouth-watering acids. Some grippiness towards the back end, while the finish length is excellent. Enjoy over the next 10+ years. This 100% Pinot Noir rosé has a fresh, elegant, and intense nose with attractive aromas of grapefruit, citrus, red currant, strawberry, red cherry, and mineral. It's medium+ bodied with good weight to the fruit with lovely grapefruit, citrus and red berry flavours coming through on the dry palate. Acids are well-balanced, while white pepper spice notes join the grapefruit, citrus, and red berry profile on the mid-palate, lingering through to the long, leesy mineral finish. Tasted Aug/2021. Score: 90+ pts

fragrant nose is rich, ripe, intense, and fresh, w/ lovely aromas of ripe lemon, citrus, apple & pear layered over earthy-stony minerals, plus wafts of tangy citrus. It has good weight on the dry, medium+ bodied, elegantly structured palate with delicious, lightly honeyed & ripe flavours of lemon citrus, apple & pear, with touches of hazelnut, mineral & spice adding interest and complexity. It has a nicely textured mouthfeel on the mid-palate, plus very good, bracing acidity. Classic oyster shell mineral notes linger on the long, saliva-inducing finish, with excellent length. Beautiful, fresh, intensely aromatic nose offers ripe lemon citrus, leesy mineral, golden apple, and lactic notes. The medium+ bodied palate is refined and elegant with more lemon citrus, golden apple, and mineral replays joined by subtle spicy tones and a twist of honey. Acids are fresh and crisp. There's good tension between the fruit and acidity, and it's nicely balanced overall. Lovely mineral, lemon citrus, and apple notes are subtly smoky on the finish, with excellent length. Tasted July 2022.
