100% Sangiovese, the medium-high intensity nose offers lovely red berry aromas of cherry and currant, along with clove and spices. It's medium+ bodied with lovely aroma replays on the flavour profile. Supple textured with slightly grippy tannins. Very nicely balanced throughout with a long, savoury, earthy, and juicy finish. Tasted Nov/2021.

Lovely, intense aromas of lemon/lime citrus, white floral, and spice layered over stony minerals with a hint of white peach. It has very good weight on the medium-full to full-bodied palate. Elegant citrus, white floral, and stony mineral flavour replays are lifted by fresh, juicy acidity. There's a nice, subtle chalky texture on the mid-palate, while citrus, leesy-stony mineral and floral notes linger on the very long, crisp, and balanced finish. Tasted Sept. 2022.

The nose takes some coaxing to reveal itself at this stage with intriguing red & black cherry, blackberry, and spice aromas followed by hints of cocoa, cinnamon, tobacco leaf, and floral. It is medium-full to full-bodied on the dry, rich, and warming palate with lovely and complex black cherry, savoury spice, cinnamon, blackberry, floral, plum, oak spice, tobacco leaf flavours. Acids are crisp, juicy and succulent, while the smooth, refined, and well-structured tannins have a touch of grip. Cherry notes taper to minerals on the long, crisp finish. Tasted Jan. 2024.

It's dry and medium-full bodied with elegant and ripe tannins that are well-structured. Flavours of currant, plum, blackberry, sweet cassis, dark cherry, and gentle wood spice are neatly balanced and supported by fresh acidity. It's well-balanced throughout, while earthy notes linger on the long, composed finish. Tasted Apr. 2024. Score: 93+ pts

Elegant, highly aromatic nose of evergreen, currant, cassis, earthy wood, blackberry, and herbs. It's medium-full to full-bodied with very nice aroma replays plus peppery spice, violet, and floral notes adding further complexity on the flavour profile. Structured with fine-grained tannins and fresh acids. Still a bit young. Juicy with excellent length on the savoury, earthy, and long finish. Tasted Nov. 2021.

It has juicy, mouth-watering acidity and a long, savoury finish. Will reward ageing and drink to the end of the decade. Tasted May 2022.

It's medium-full bodied on the crisp, dry, and tangy palate with lovely citrusy, apple, pear, toasty, biscuit, leesy, and autolytic flavours. Nicely balanced with crisp, lively acidity and a fine, elegant mousse. Leesy mineral and floral notes linger on the long, crisp, lip-smacking finish, with excellent length. Tasted June 2023.

Blend of old Grenache, Syrah & Mourvèdre has a lovely, intense nose of spices, black pepper5 & dark berries with meaty, licorice, black cherry & smoky mineral, plus hints of violets adding further complexity. On the structured, medium-full bodied palate it is very ripe with black & blueberry, smoky mineral, black pepper spice, black raspberry, and licorice flavours supported by ripe, fine-grained tannins and juicy, well-balanced acidity. Slightly chalky on the mid-palate and beautifully balanced throughout with lovely flavour replays lingering on the long, smoky mineral finish. Tasted Jan/2022.
