Wine lover since 2001! My interest in wine began while touring the factory where they printed the LCBO VINTAGES magazine.

Made with 100% Pinot Noir, the medium intensity nose offers grapefruit, citrus and herbally aromas with some tartness. The medium-bodied palate is dry with toast, grapefruit, citrus, red berry, brioche, and yeasty flavours supported by clean, fresh acids and mousse. It's medium-full bodied on the palate with spicy pear, toasty oak spice, and nutty flavours that are well-integrated. More spicy tones on the mid-palate with very good acidity. Medium intensity nose delivers black pepper, spice, dark berry, blackberry aromas along with hints of earth and plum. It's full-bodied with refined, structured tannins and juicy acids. with more dark berry, dark plum, pepper spice, and brambly flavours. Very nicely balanced throughout and finishes with good length. Should drink well over the next 5-6 years. Tasted Jan/2020.
