Wine lover since 2001! My interest in wine began while touring the factory where they printed the LCBO VINTAGES magazine.
Over time, my passion for wine grew. Now, I am highly regarded by friends and colleagues as a resource for when they need a wine for that special occasion, be it an anniversary, birthday, wedding, gatherings at home, or when they want to impress their special friend or the In-Laws.
Combining my interest in the Internet/web/computers, you can find me at https://vintagewinepicks.blogspot.com where you will find more wine reviews, events and contests.

Medium intensity floral, citrus, white peach and tropical fruit aromas. Medium-bodied with nice aroma replays, plus a tinge of honey. It's medium-sweet, but high acidity balances it out nicely. Long tropical fruit and mineral-driven finish. Tasted Nov/2013.

Dry palate consists of earthy notes along with some graphite, raspberry, mineral, and oak flavours. Easy drinking. Shows mild spice on the medium-long finish, with some heat. Not bad for the price. Tasted Feb/2014.

Stelvin screw cap closure. In addition to Cab Sauv, it contains 6.1% Petit Verdot, 3% Syrah, 2.3% Merlot, and 2.2% Cab Franc. Barnyard, vanillan oak, red currant aromas that also shows some meaty notes as it warms up in the glass. Medium-bodied with firm tannins. Flavour profile consists of sweet red currants, blackberries, subtle spice, and vanillan oak in the background. Good acids and a long finish that has hints of milk chocolate. Could be cellared another 2-3 years, but drinking well now. Has good crowd appeal. Tasted May/2014.
