The bright, medium-high intensity nose is pungent with herbs, lemon/lime citrus, kiwi, and gooseberry aromas. On the medium-full bodied palate it has very good weight that supports the ripe and dry flavour profile led by leesy mineral flavours adding complexity to the pleasing aroma replays. It has refreshing, juicy, and mouth-watering acidity, which carries through to the long and juicy finish. Tasted Nov. 2023.

This 90/10 blend of Catarratto and Chardonnay has a fresh, ripe, medium to medium-high intensity nose of orchard fruits, apple, and lemon citrus aromas layered over mineral and wild herbs. It's medium+ bodied and dry with spiced aroma replays on the flavour profile. It has very good, fresh acidity, while the long finish is spiced, minerally, and stony. Tasted Nov. 2024.

This Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon has fresh, generous, leafy green, herbaceous, minty, black currant, cassis, and subtle oak spice aromas. It's full-bodied on the smooth and dry palate with delicious oak spiced, dark berry, cassis and currant flavours. It has fresh, vibrant acidity and tannins that are well-mannered and refined with good structure, if on the youthful side. The long-lasting finish is savoury and a touch grippy. Drink now or hold 3+ years. Tasted Sept. 2024.

Fresh and fragrant, this has lifted aromas of gooseberry, nettle, lime/lemon citrus, and jalapeno, all of which echo nicely in a well-balanced fashion on the dry palate and supported by fresh acidity. Tangy and saline minerals on the finish, with very good length. Tasted Nov. 2024.

The medium-high intensity nose is fresh and open with lovely dark fruit, blackberry, peppery spice, and cool minty herb aromas balanced with savoury oak, earth, plum, and a touch of woodspice. The ripe, medium+ bodied palate is dry with blackberry, dark berry, and savoury oak flavours alongside minty herbs, wood spice, plum, and black pepper notes. It has fresh and juicy acidity, alongside smooth and refined tannins, with good structure. Blackberry, plum, savoury oak, chocolate, black pepper, mocha chocolate, and earth notes linger on the crisp, long-lasting finish. Last tasted May 2025.

Smooth and refined, with nice flavour replays on the well-structured, harmonious finish, with very good length. Tasted Jan. 2025.

Quite savoury on the mid-palate, along with fresh, juicy acidity. Tannins are smooth, refined & lightly structured.
