Wine lover since 2001! My interest in wine began while touring the factory where they printed the LCBO VINTAGES magazine.
Over time, my passion for wine grew. Now, I am highly regarded by friends and colleagues as a resource for when they need a wine for that special occasion, be it an anniversary, birthday, wedding, gatherings at home, or when they want to impress their special friend or the In-Laws.

This cool-climate Chardonnay has a medium-high intensity nose offering a reductive, smoky, gun powder, flinty nose with some stone fruit and citrus characters. It's medium-bodied and clean on the palate with citrus fruit flavours dominating, followed by some pear and apple notes. A touch viscous textured. Fresh fruited and zesty on the finish, with very good length. Tasted Jan/2020.

A blend of 70% Touriga Nacional and 30% Aragonez/Tinta Roriz from 30 to 60 year old vines grown at altitudes ranging from 360 to 540 metres elevation, The medium-intensity nose is quite minerally with dark berry, currant, and spice aromas. It's full bodied on the rich palate with nice, spicy aroma replays supported by supple, textured tannins that have some grip. Acids are balanced. Very good length on the finish. Tasted Jan/2020.

Fresh and ripe with a medium intensity nose of stone fruit, citrus, and melon aromas, all of which come through nicely on the medium-full bodied, creamy palate due to 4 months of lees contact. It has vibrant acids and very good length on the juicy finish. Tasted Sept/2019.

Malbec co-fermented with 11% Cabernet Franc. This has a medium+ intensity nose which is stony with blackberry, spices and hints of floral and black cherry aromas. The medium-full bodied palate is fresh with lively acidity and an array of dark berry flavours like blackberry, blueberry, and black cherry that mingle with spices and touches of stony minerality. Tannins offer a supple, chalky textured mouthfeel. Stony notes linger on the long finish. Enjoy over the next 5 years. Tasted Jan/2020.

A 75/25 blend of Grenache and Syrah, this has lovely schist mineral, dark berry, and blackberry along with some crushed berry and stone aromas. It's medium+ bodied with fine aroma replays supported by fresh acids and supple tannins. Nicely balanced throughout with a long, smoky and spicy finish. Tasted Jan/2020.

The medium+ intensity nose is clean, balanced, and fruit-forward with fig, spice, dark berry aromas, all of which echo nicely on the dry, medium-full bodied palate. It's supported by fresh acidity and smooth, fine tannins. Earthy and sweet spice notes linger on the finish, with very good length. Tasted Jan/2020.
