This blend of Aragonez (Tempranillo), Trincadeira, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon has a lovely, medium-high intensity nose featuring black plum, cherry, blackberry, Asian spices, clove, and oak spice aromas in a well-balanced profile. On the dry, medium-full bodied palate it has lovely aroma replays, plus mineral and notable spice tones. It's supported by very good acidity and smooth, refined tannins with very good structure. Finishes long with spice and savoury notes. Tasted Apr. 2026. Score: 90+ pts

This has clean, fresh, and elegant aromatics of medium-high intensity rising out of the glass with ripe lemon-lime citrus, some yeasty-leesy minerality, white peach, oyster shell & herbal aromas. It has very good weight and concentration on the medium+ to medium-full bodied, dry & lightly honeyed palate with delicious and complex citrusy, white peach, apple-pear, spice, and saline mineral flavours. It has nicely balanced, juicy acidity & a very finely textured mouthfeel. Apple & pear notes give way to leesy & oyster shell minerals on the long, crisp, and well-balanced finish. Tasted Apr. 2024.

Notably mid-weighted on dry palate w/ complex ripe blackberry, black cherry, black raspberry, savoury meaty, stony mineral, blk pepper spice & dried herb flavours supported by tangy, juicy acidity. Smooth, refined tannins have some chalky textured & youthful grip. Stony mineral w/ touches of spice linger on slightly tangy, crisp finish, w/ excellent length. Tasted May 2024. Score: 90+ pts

The medium-high intensity nose is elegantly aromatic with depth, offering lovely yellow fruit, lemon oil citrus, earthy-leesy minerality, white peach, and apple aromas with whiffs of sea breeze and white florals adding further complexity. It has good weight on the dry, medium+ to medium-full bodied, well-structured palate with a lightly honeyed profile of lemon, apple, wild herbs, and saline mineral flavours. It has a very good, well-structured and textured mouthfeel and juicy, slightly tart acidity. Mineral notes linger on the savoury, lengthy, and textured finish. Tasted May 2024.

On the dry, medium-full bodied palate it has smooth, rounded tannins with very good structure. Acids are fresh and nicely balanced. Lovely, balanced aroma replays on the flavour profile lead to tobacco and spice notes on the long finish. Tasted Nov. 2024.

Crafted with 100% Sangiovese, the medium+ intensity nose has red cherry, clove, savoury earth, and sweet spice aromas that are well-balanced and develop further complexity and intensity as it comes into contact with air. On the dry, medium to medium-full bodied palate it has smooth, well-structured, and slightly firm tannins, alongside juicy acidity. It has nicely balanced, spicy replays on the flavour profile, which lead to a spiced mid-palate. Cherry, spice, and savoury earth notes linger on the long finish. Enjoy over the next 5-6 years. Blend of 94% Pinot Noir and 6% Viognier, the fresh, fragrant, and highly aromatic nose has pretty aromas of red cherry, strawberry, red currant, white pepper spice, and wildflower with hints of minerals. It's medium-full bodied on the dry palate with very good concentration and flavours of red currant, red cherry, and strawberry in a slightly tangy profile. Some dried herbs add further interest. It has juicy acidity, while the finish is crisp, long and well-balanced. Tasted Apr. 2024.

It's supported by crisp and refreshing acidity, along with some spice notes and a fine, chalky textured mouthfeel on the mid-palate. On the dry, concentrated, medium-full bodied palate it has delicious citrus, grapefruit, peach, strawberry, and cherry flavours, with a touch of honeyed notes supported by very good, juicy acidity. Fine texture with subtle spice notes on the mid-palate. It's nicely balanced throughout w/ grapefruit, citrus & spice notes tapering to mineral on the juicy finish, w/ very good length. Tasted June 2024.
