Wine lover since 2001! My interest in wine began while touring the factory where they printed the LCBO VINTAGES magazine.
Over time, my passion for wine grew. Now, I am highly regarded by friends and colleagues as a resource for when they need a wine for that special occasion, be it an anniversary, birthday, wedding, gatherings at home, or when they want to impress their special friend or the In-Laws.
Combining my interest in the Internet/web/computers, you can find me at https://vintagewinepicks.blogspot.com where you will find more wine reviews, events and contests.

Fielding Estate Bottled Riesling 2011, VQA Niagara Peninsula
Ontario, Canada$18.95
Very lovely aromas of floral, lemon drops and citrus. Aroma replays on palate that also feature some intriguing honey notes. Very good acidity, quite well-balanced and finishes crisp. Tasted Sept/2012.
Chãteau Larose Trintaudon 2009, Cru Bourgeois, Ac Haut Medoc, Bordeaux
Bordeaux, France$30.95
60/40 Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. From the great 2009 vintage and now at 10 years of age, this offers a pretty, fairly intense nose of dried cherry, floral, and red berry aromas that continued to evolve with each sip. It is full-bodied with smooth, refined tannins that are well-integrated. Peppery, tobacco, and earthy flavours join the dried cherry/berry and floral notes on the palate with very good acidity. Excellent finish length. Tasted Mar/2019.
Villa Ponciago La Réserve Fleurie 2011, Ac
