Wine lover since 2001! My interest in wine began while touring the factory where they printed the LCBO VINTAGES magazine.
Over time, my passion for wine grew. Now, I am highly regarded by friends and colleagues as a resource for when they need a wine for that special occasion, be it an anniversary, birthday, wedding, gatherings at home, or when they want to impress their special friend or the In-Laws.
Combining my interest in the Internet/web/computers, you can find me at https://vintagewinepicks.blogspot.com where you will find more wine reviews, events and contests.

Ferrari Brut Sparkling, Traditional Method, Doc Trento, Italy
Alto Adige-Trentino, Italy$28.95
This traditional method sparkling wine is made with Chardonnay and spent 24 months on the lees. It has a medium-high intensity nose of bready, brioche, and lemon citrus characters, all of which comes through nicely on the dry, medium-bodied palate, supported by clean, balanced, and fresh acidity. It has a nice mouthfeel, leading to a long, lip-smacking, citrusy finish. Tasted Sept/2019.
Château St. Jean Fumé Blanc 2011, Sonoma County

Flavour profile consists of wet stone, asparagus, herbaceous, lime, and green pepper. Nicely balanced with a lengthy finish that is spicy, lemony and white flowers notes. Quite complex. Highly recommended for dry white wine lovers. Tasted Apr/2014.
