This blend of 94% Chardonnay and 6% Roussanne has a medium+ intensity nose that is fresh and ripe with citrusy and lemony aromas accented by pear and apple with some tangy notes. It's medium to medium-full bodied and dry on the well-structured palate with good concentration. It's gently spicy with delicious pear, apple, and citrusy aroma replays, joined by some vanilla and mealy notes on the flavour profile. The spice notes are accented with earthy tones on the long finish. Tasted Nov. 2024.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Touch reductive on the medium+ intensity nose with earthy, dark fruited, blackberry, black cherry, and dried herb aromas. It's full-bodied with delicious aroma replays coming through on the dry palate, alongside very good acidity and grippy, slightly youthful tannins. Earthy, black cherry, and dark currant notes linger on the long, crisp finish. Tasted Nov. 2024.

It's full-bodied and dry, with ripe cassis, plum, dark currant, black cherry, savoury earth, and cedary oak spice flavours flecked with minty herbs in a warming profile. It has crisp and juicy acidity, while the medium-firm and textured tannins are well-structured. Savoury earth and minty herb notes with touches of cedary oak linger on the long, chalky textured finish. Tasted Feb. 2025.

It's light-to-mid weighted with a crunchy mouthfeel and delicious aroma replays on the dry, predominantly citrus and apple palate that is by joined herbally and Flintstones vitamin flavours. Some mineral notes appear on the finish, with very good length. Tasted Oct. 2024.

Medium+ bodied palate is dry & ripe w/ delicious raspberry, strawberry, red plum & dried spice flavours in a fruit forward style. Savoury graphite & earth notes add complexity & interest on slightly chewy mid-palate. Crisp acids, fresh & lively. Fairly grippy & grainy tannins are quite firm, w/ good structure. Gently tangy w/ raspberry, strawberry, savoury spice & graphite notes on well-balanced, crisp & long finish. Tasted Apr. 2025.

The majority is Cabernet Sauvignon in this 4-grape blend. It has a fresh, medium to medium-high intensity nose that is ripe with red & black currant, cassis, savoury oak spice, and cherry aromas. On the dry, medium to medium-full bodied palate it has smooth, rounded tannins with very nice aroma replays echoing on the palate, and joined by sweet wood spice notes. It has very good acidity, while the tannins are somewhat grippy on the mid-palate. Savoury with cocoa and earthy notes linger on the finish, with very good length. Tasted May 2025.

This unoaked Chardonnay is delicate and fresh, with medium+ intensity aromas of apple, pear, and orchard fruit, along with some citrusy, cream, and earthy mineral aromas rising out of the glass. The medium+ bodied palate is dry and very nicely textured with delicious pear, apple, and citrus replays on the flavour profile, and joined by earthy minerals adding complexity and interest. It has fresh and zesty acidity. A touch spicy on the fresh, savoury, and earthy mineral finish. Tasted May 2025.

It's nicely textured with clean berry notes on the long finish. Tasted May 2025. Score: 90+ pts
