This blend of 94% Chardonnay and 6% Roussanne has a medium+ intensity nose that is fresh and ripe with citrusy and lemony aromas accented by pear and apple with some tangy notes. It's medium to medium-full bodied and dry on the well-structured palate with good concentration. It's gently spicy with delicious pear, apple, and citrusy aroma replays, joined by some vanilla and mealy notes on the flavour profile. The spice notes are accented with earthy tones on the long finish. Tasted Nov. 2024.

On the dry, medium to medium-full bodied palate it has smooth, rounded tannins with very nice aroma replays echoing on the palate, and joined by sweet wood spice notes. It has very good acidity, while the tannins are somewhat grippy on the mid-palate. Savoury with cocoa and earthy notes linger on the finish, with very good length. Tasted May 2025.
