After some initial reductive notes blow off, this reveals fresh, distinctive earthy & stony mineral aromas joined by ripe blackberry, white pepper, dried spices & plum. It's medium to medium-full bodied w/ good concentration on the dry palate w/ savoury stony minerals, earthy & dried spice flavours, plus dark berry, blackberry & plum notes adding fruity notes. It has fresh, racy acidity & lightly grippy, chalky, grainy textured & youthful tannins. Nicely balanced throughout w/ savoury mineral & lightly tangy dark berry notes lingering on the long, juicy finish. Tasted Feb. 2023. Score: 90+ pts

Screw cap. This Cabernet Sauvignon has fresh, lifted, medium-high intensity aromas of mint and leafy herbals followed by mocha chocolate, oak spice, dark currant, and cassis. It's full-bodied, smooth, and well-structured with delicious minty-eucalypt, leafy herb, dark currant, mocha chocolate, and cassis replays on the flavour profile. It has fresh, balanced acidity and smooth, refined, and slightly youthful tannins. Juicy currants, chocolate, herbal, and earthy flavours linger on the long finish. Tasted Mar. 2023.

The medium+ to medium-high intensity nose has lovely currant, cassis, cocoa, herbs, and earthy mineral aromas, all of which echoes very nicely on the dry, medium-full bodied, and impressively concentrated palate. It has very good, well-balanced acidity, as well as grainy textured tannins with good structure. Touches of oak spice linger on the long, savoury finish. Tasted June 2023.

Fresh and fragrant, the medium-high to highly aromatic nose offers very ripe black & red cherry, currant, raspberry, and brambly aromas accented with floral, spice and herbs that jump out of the glass. It has lovely aroma replays on the medium to medium-full bodied palate. With nicely textured tannins and fresh acidity, it has lovely currant, cherry, and spice notes lingering on the long, vibrant finish. Tasted Nov. 2023.

It has delicious red cherry, clove, savoury wet earth, forest floor flavours in a dry flavour profile. Savoury earthy & vanillin with touches of red cherry, clove, and rose floral notes linger on the long, well-balanced finish. Tasted Apr. 2023.

The intensely fragrant and perfumed nose offers lovely aromas of dark red cherries, baking spices, clove, and savoury earth with hints of dried herbs. It's medium+ bodied on the palate, with impressive weight and delicious tangy red and black cherry, spice, clove, rose floral, and savoury earth flavours. Quite elegant, refined, and nicely balanced throughout with fresh acidity and supple, slightly chalky tannins. Red cherry notes are joined by smoky minerals plus touches of orange and rose floral on the long, fresh finish. Tasted Apr. 2023.

Medium-full+ bodied palate, very good concentration w/ lovely red & black cherries, red plum, clove, sweet wood spices, cinnamon, earthy oak, and dried herb flavours, all of which is supported by very good, juicy acidity. Fine, creamy tannins are smooth, well-structured & integrating very nicely. Savoury earth, cocoa & dried herb notes with a touch of mineral lingers on the long finish. Tasted Aug. 2024.
