100% Passerina. The lovely, medium+ to medium-high intensity nose is quite complex and evolving in the glass with delicate mineral, lemon citrus, peach, apricot, and stone fruit aromas, plus spice and herbal notes. It has good weight on the dry, medium+ bodied and fleshy palate with ripe, lightly honeyed flavours of lemon citrus, peach, stone fruit, and melon flecked with leesy minerality. It has a finely textured mouthfeel, along with juicy well-balanced acidity. Leesy mineral notes linger on the long, juicy finish. Tasted Jan. 2024.

The nose is very quiet and shy, offering only glimpses of red berry, cherry, and wood spice aromas. On the dry, medium-to-medium-full bodied palate it has pleasing sour cherry, black cherry, black tea, wood spice, and savoury earth flavours, which are supported by fresh, tart acidity, and light, grainy tannins. The finish length is very good. Would be worth seeing how this develops in 2-3 years. Tasted Apr. 2022.

The medium-high intensity nose is elegant & ripe with a lovely mix of plummy, blackberry, earthy-stony mineral, spice & some herbal aromas. On the spicy, medium+ to medium-full bodied palate it has very fruit-acid-tannin tension that provides a well-structured mouthfeel. Dry with lovely mineral-driven, dark fruited, blackberry, spice, black cherry, plum & herbal flavours. Structured with tangy and juicy acidity, and medium-firm structured tannins that offer a pleasant, gently chalky grip. Minerally with blackberry, black cherry & spice notes linger on the long, smoky finish. Tasted Feb. 2024.

Blend of 95% Cabernet Franc, 3% Petit Verdot, and 2% Carménère. It has a lovely, lifted, medium-high intensity nose of wet earth, mineral, dark fruited (blackberry, black cherry), minty herb & sweet tobacco aromas. On the dry, ripe, medium+ bodied palate it has lovely, elegant & balanced aroma replays of dark fruit, mineral, savoury wet earth, blackberry, black cherry & tobacco flavours w/ some spicy & herbal notes. Well-structured w/ very good acidity & grippy, structured & mouth puckering tannins. Minerally w/ dark fruit & tobacco notes linger on long, crisp, juicy finish. Tasted Feb. 2024.

This Xinomavro has fresh red cherry and currant aromas accented with some dried cherry and floral tones, plus subtle oak characters on the nose. On the medium-full bodied, structured palate it has dusty, grippy tannins that support the refined dark red cherry flavours. Acids are very good, while the finish length is excellent. Tasted Oct. 2023. Score: 90+ pts

Lightly matured in small oak casks, this Sauvignon Blanc is fresh, fragrant, and highly aromatic with pretty aromas of passion fruit, kiwi, and guava layered over citrus, flowers, and touches of mineral. It's medium+ bodied and gently spicy on the palate with delicious passion fruit, kiwi, guava, and lemon citrus replays on the flavour profile. It's supported by fresh, bracing acidity and a gently chalky textured mouthfeel on the mid-palate. Succulent and juicy with passion fruit, citrus, and guava notes tapering to a long, leesy mineral finish. Tasted Mar. 2024.

It has very good weight and concentration on the medium+ to medium-full bodied, dry & lightly honeyed palate with delicious and complex citrusy, white peach, apple-pear, spice, and saline mineral flavours. It has nicely balanced, juicy acidity & a very finely textured mouthfeel. Apple & pear notes give way to leesy & oyster shell minerals on the long, crisp, and well-balanced finish. Tasted Apr. 2024.

Smooth, refined tannins have some chalky textured & youthful grip. Stony mineral w/ touches of spice linger on slightly tangy, crisp finish, w/ excellent length. Tasted May 2024. Score: 90+ pts

It has good weight on the dry, medium+ to medium-full bodied, well-structured palate with a lightly honeyed profile of lemon, apple, wild herbs, and saline mineral flavours. It has a very good, well-structured and textured mouthfeel and juicy, slightly tart acidity. Mineral notes linger on the savoury, lengthy, and textured finish. Tasted May 2024.

Blend of 94% Pinot Noir and 6% Viognier, the fresh, fragrant, and highly aromatic nose has pretty aromas of red cherry, strawberry, red currant, white pepper spice, and wildflower with hints of minerals. It's medium-full bodied on the dry palate with very good concentration and flavours of red currant, red cherry, and strawberry in a slightly tangy profile. Some dried herbs add further interest. It has juicy acidity, while the finish is crisp, long and well-balanced. Tasted Apr. 2024.
