It's medium-full bodied, dry, concentrated, and ripe with candied cherry, clove, vanilla, and wood spice flavours. It has juicy, balanced acidity, refined tannins, and very good length on the finish. Tasted May 2022.

On the crunchy, nicely textured, and medium-full bodied palate it has clean, fresh acidity that lift the aroma replays in an off-dry flavour profile. Citrus and herbs with hints of petrol linger on the long, crisp finish. Tasted May 2023.

It has crisp, vibrant acidity with fresh mousse and a fine bead of bubbles on the dry palate with more citrus and white peach flavours. Brioche notes linger on the long, crisp, and dry finish.
