Spontaneously fermented in barrel, this has a fresh, medium to medium-high intensity nose of white peach, apricot, and citrus layered over notes of orange. On the dry, mid-weighted, and nicely textured palate it has pleasing aroma replays with orange and stone fruit flavours. It has clean, balanced acidity and finishes long, dry, and minerally with hints of sea shell notes. Tasted Apr. 2023.

This blend of 90% Sangiovese, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 5% Colorino has a fresh, bright, and elegant nose of dark red cherry, sweet spice, and savoury wet earth aromas, all of which come through on the medium-full bodied palate with fine, balanced acidity and well-structured, dusty tannins. It's very nicely balanced throughout, with touches of spice lingering on the long, savoury finish. Tasted May 2024.

Gorgeous, intense & complex bouquet of crushed dark fruit, currant, blackberry, black cherry, and plum mingling with oak spice, dried herb, & savoury wet earth aromas rising out of the glass, plus hints of floral with time. On the ripe, full-bodied palate it has plummy, dark red cherry, blackberry & currant flavours balanced with savoury earth, dried herbs, and gentle oak spice notes. It's supported by fresh, juicy acidity & well-structured, medium-firm tannins. Quite balanced throughout with some mineral notes appearing on the long, structured finish, with excellent length. Tasted May 2023.

100% Tempranillo. Fragrant, medium-high intensity nose offers ripe and stewed blackberry, black cherry, fine wood spices, coconut, vanilla spice, and licorice aromas with a hint of black plum. Maturing nicely, it has lovely, lightly dried black cherry, blackberry, baking spices, earthy wood, coconut, and vanilla spice flavours on the well-structured, medium-full bodied frame that is supported by juicy, well-balanced acidity. Chewy on the mid-palate with chalky, drying, dusty textured tannins, while savoury wood, earthy, and coconut notes linger on the long, flavourful finish. Tasted May 2023.

The fresh, medium-high to highly aromatic nose delivers cherry, tea leaf, beet root, earth, and raspberry aromas which are joined by lovely spice notes on the light-to-mid weighted palate. It's supported by fine, dusty textured tannins and fresh, vibrant acidity. Spice notes linger through to the finish, with very good length. Tasted June 2023.

The medium-high to highly aromatic nose has lovely earthy, peach, pear, apple, and citrus aromas. On the medium-full bodied, flavourful palate it has ripe apple and pear flavours balanced with earthy mineral and saline notes. It has fresh, crunchy acidity, while the lovely flavour replays linger through to the very long, balanced finish. Tasted June 2023.

This has a bright, highly aromatic nose that is fresh, clean, and crisp with lovely ripe lemon citrus, white peach, and honeysuckle aromas accented with stony minerals and touches of herbal and white spice notes. It's medium-full bodied and quite concentrated on the dry, ripe palate with delicious white peach, lemon, citrus, grapefruit, white pepper spice, and leesy mineral flavours. It has crisp, juicy acidity, and exceptionally long on the juicy, balanced, lemon, white peach, and leesy mineral flavoured finish. Tasted July 2023.

Acids are well-balanced, while the long finish has very good structure. Tasted May 2024.

Touches of peppery spice accent the long, balanced finish. Tasted Apr. 2024. Score: 91+ pts
