Wine lover since 2001! My interest in wine began while touring the factory where they printed the LCBO VINTAGES magazine.
Over time, my passion for wine grew. Now, I am highly regarded by friends and colleagues as a resource for when they need a wine for that special occasion, be it an anniversary, birthday, wedding, gatherings at home, or when they want to impress their special friend or the In-Laws.
Combining my interest in the Internet/web/computers, you can find me at https://vintagewinepicks.blogspot.com where you will find more wine reviews, events and contests.

Jules Taylor Wines Sauvignon Blanc 2018, Marlborough
Marlborough, New Zealand$19.95
Medium-high to highly aromatic nose features minerally notes of peach, guava, kiwi, and tropical fruit aromas, along with some grassy and lemon citrus notes, all of which comes through on the medium-bodied, crunchy palate. It's supported by vibrant acidity and is well-balanced on the finish, with very good length. Tasted Nov/2019.
Morgenster Lourens River Valley 2011, Wo Stellenbosch
Stellenbosch, South Africa$27.25
Tasted Nov/2019.
Luciano Arduini Classico Superiore Valpolicella Ripasso 2017, Doc
Veneto, Italy$20.95
Tasted Dec/2019.
Paxton Aaa Shiraz/Grenache 2017, Mclaren Vale, South Australia
South Australia, Australia$19.95
A blend of 60% Shiraz and 40% Grenache, this organic and biodynamic wine has a medium+ intensity nose that has funky earthy, spice, ripe red berry, cinnamon and licorice aromas. It's medium-bodied with light tannins and fresh acidity. Complex aromas shine through on the palate, lingering through to the long finish. Tasted Dec/2019.
