This blend of 50% Syrah, 30% Grenache, and 20% Mourvèdre has a fresh, ripe, purple-fruited nose surrounded by garrigue, peppery spice, mineral, and blackberry aromas. It's medium-bodied and crunchy on the supple palate with very nice blackberry, dark cherry, mineral, and spice flavours supported by lively acidity. Tannins have a just a touch of grip while the finish length is very good. Tasted Dec/2019.

Medium intensity nose delivers oyster shell, mineral, lime, herbal aromas and flavours, with saline notes coming to the fore on the palate along with touches of melon. The palate has bright, salty acids with a touch of spritz. Very good length on the lip-smacking finish. Tasted Dec/2019.

This blend of Castelão and Cabernet Sauvignon has a somewhat shy nose of red berry, strawberry, and cherry aromas flecked with candied red fruits. The light-to-mid-weighted palate is dry with spiced aroma replays on the flavour profile. It is nicely textured with fresh acidity, while flavourful finish has very good length. Tasted Apr. 2026. This 100% Grenache has a fairly quiet, medium+ intensity that is yeasty with wild red berry and stone fruit aromas. The dry, medium-full bodied palate offers much more with red berry, cherry, raspberry, strawberry, and peppery spice flavours supported by clean, well-balanced acidity. It's nicely structured, while savoury and peppery spice notes linger on the balanced finish, with good length. Tasted Apr. 2026. Score: 88+ pts

A blend of 35% Corvina, 35% Corvinone, 20% Rondinella, and 10% other traditional varieties, this has an elegant, medium-high intensity nose of ripe red cherry mingling with hints of floral, clove, sweet spice, macerated cherry, and black fruit. It's medium-full bodied and dry on the palate with ripe, macerated cherry, and sweet spice flavours, plus touches of clove and savoury earth. It has fresh acidity, along with smooth, supple, and gently grippy tannins. Nicely balanced throughout with cherry, clove, and savoury earth notes lingering on the long finish. Tasted Apr. 2026.
