100% Gamay. The medium+ intensity nose has attractive aromas of strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, wild berry, and spices with a touch of savoury wet earth. On the medium+ bodied palate it is spicy with raspberry, strawberry, blackberry, and clove flavours in a dry profile. It has very good, juicy acidity and light, fine-grained tannins adding a nice texture to the mouthfeel. Clove spice and earthy notes linger on juicy finish, with very good length. Tasted Dec/2021. It's medium-full bodied with ripe, smooth, and fine-grained tannins with flavours of dark currant, black cherry, blackberry, cassis, dark chocolate, grilled herbs and earth with a hint of mint. Acids are juicy and well-balanced. Chocolate, earth, savoury oak spice, and minty notes linger on the textured, fine-grained finish, with very good length. Tasted Oct. 2022. Score: 88+ pts

It has good weight on the medium+ bodied, well-structured palate with ripe red and dark cherry, currant, strawberry, red plum, and spice flavours which are supported by fresh acidity and supple, dusty textured, and mouth-coating tannins. Cherry notes are joined by minerals and touches of dried herbs on the long, juicy finish. Tasted Apr. 2023.
