Mainly Sangiovese (90%) with Canaiolo and Colorino completing the blend, this leads with reductive, bretty, and barnyard aromas followed by a fresh, medium-high intensity nose of red cherry, rose floral, and wet earth aromas. It's medium to medium-full bodied on the dry palate with delicious aroma replays of red cherry, rose floral, and wet earth. It's supported by fresh, juicy acidity, alongside crunchy, dusty textured tannins. The crunchy mid-palate leads to lovely, well-balanced replays of red cherry, floral rose, and wet earth notes on the long, tasty finish. Tasted Nov. 2025.

This blend of 90% Sangioveto (Sangiovese) and 10% Canaiolo has a lovely, generous and complex nose of red & black cherry, savoury earth, mineral, currant, rose floral, clove, sweet spice, and cinnamon aromas. The dry, mid-weighted palate has clean-fruited, very nicely balanced aroma replays on the flavour profile, and is supported by fresh, bright acidity,a and textured tannins that are a touch grippy. More floral rose notes on the mid-palate, while the long, satisfying finish has earthy, savoury, and mineral notes. Tasted Nov. 2025.

The fresh, fragrant, and fairly intense nose delivers grassy, grapefruit, lemon citrus, apple, and white peach aromas accented with ripe tropical fruit and green herbs. On the dry, medium-full bodied palate it shows impressive concentration and weight supporting the lovely grassy, grapefruit, lemon citrus, and ripe tropical fruit flavours. It has a finely textured mouthfeel and juicy, food-friendly acidity. Clean and well-balanced, it has ripe tropical fruit, grapefruit, and lemon citrus notes on the long, fruity, crisp, and textured finish. Tasted Apr. 2025.

The rich, medium-high intensity nose offers lovely dark fruited, black currant, cassis, cedar oak spice, cocoa, and earthy aromas accented with leafy herbs and mint. It's full-bodied and ripe on the dry palate with black & red fruits, currant, cassis, gentle oak spice, and savoury earth flavours accented with plummy and minty herb notes. Acids are crisp and fresh, while the ripe, refined, and mildly grippy tannins are well-structured. Clean and well-balanced with savoury black fruit and cocoa notes lingering on the lengthy finish. The mid-weighted palate is gently sweet with delicious citrus, ripe pear, lemon, orange, Flintstones vitamins, apple, Acacia flowers, and melon flavours. It has fairly crisp bubbles and juicy acidity, alongside a textured mouthfeel. It's nicely balanced throughout with leesy and floral notes lingering on the long, dry finish. Tasted Apr. 2025.

Screw cap. Ripe and fragrant aromas of honeysuckle, white peach, yellow pear, and lemon citrus, and apple notes rise out of the glass. The medium+ to medium-full bodied palate is just off-dry, fleshy, and ripe with delicious honeysuckle, peach, pear, apple, and lemon citrus replays joined by some honeyed spice and floral notes. It's nicely textured with good structure and clean and vibrant acidity. Well-balanced throughout honeyed citrus, pear, apple, and honeysuckle notes tapering to leesy minerals on the long-lasting finish. Tasted May 2025.

Blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Carignan, this has a lovely, ripe, and elegant nose of red cherry, garrigue, raspberry, and white pepper spice aromas, all of which echo on the dry, medium+ bodied and ripe palate with lovely elegance. It has very good acidity, while the ripe tannins are smooth, supple, and well-structured. Earthy, cherry, currant, and raspberry notes linger on the long finish. Tasted May 2025.

Fairly light-weighted on palate w/ spice notes joining the candied red berry, cherry, strawberry-rhubarb & watermelon flavours. Clean, fresh & vibrant acidity, along with a slightly chalky textured mouthfeel. Touch sweet on mid-palate, tapering to tangy red berry, savoury, leesy minerals & spice notes on dry, juicy & lengthy finish. Tasted June 2025. Score: 88+ pts
