Predominantly Grenache Blanc (60%), plus Clairette, Viognier, and Roussanne completing the blend. This has an elegant and ripe medium to medium+ intensity nose of herbally, lemon citrus, anise, grapefruit, and stone fruit aromas. It has elegant aroma replays joined by mineral notes on the well-balanced, dry, and medium to medium-full bodied palate. It's well-structured with lovely mineral notes lingering on the long, crisp finish. Tasted Sept. 2023.

Whiff of reduction off the top, giving way to reveal fresh layers of ripe red & some black fruits, currant, cassis & fine wood spice aromas of medium-high intensity, along with touches of dried herbs. On the dry, medium-full bodied palate it offers delicious red & some black fruit, currant, cassis, and dried herb flavour replays with smoky oak spice accents. Touch spicy on the mid-palate. Acids are fresh & juicy, while the ripe tannins are smooth & well-structured, with some grip on the back-palate. Minerally & savoury on the long, slightly chalky textured & youthful finish. The bright, medium-high intensity nose is pungent with herbs, lemon/lime citrus, kiwi, and gooseberry aromas. On the medium-full bodied palate it has very good weight that supports the ripe and dry flavour profile led by leesy mineral flavours adding complexity to the pleasing aroma replays. It has refreshing, juicy, and mouth-watering acidity, which carries through to the long and juicy finish. Tasted Nov. 2023.

This 90/10 blend of Catarratto and Chardonnay has a fresh, ripe, medium to medium-high intensity nose of orchard fruits, apple, and lemon citrus aromas layered over mineral and wild herbs. It's medium+ bodied and dry with spiced aroma replays on the flavour profile. It has very good, fresh acidity, while the long finish is spiced, minerally, and stony. Tasted Nov. 2024.

This Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon has fresh, generous, leafy green, herbaceous, minty, black currant, cassis, and subtle oak spice aromas. It's full-bodied on the smooth and dry palate with delicious oak spiced, dark berry, cassis and currant flavours. It has fresh, vibrant acidity and tannins that are well-mannered and refined with good structure, if on the youthful side. The long-lasting finish is savoury and a touch grippy. The fragrant, medium+ to medium-high intensity nose has plummy dark fruit, mulberry, blackberry, and black cherry aromas alongside savoury oak, chocolate, clove, and subtle Asian spice notes. The medium+ bodied palate is dry with delicious mulberry, brambly, plum, blackberry, sweet spice, clove, and chocolatey oak flavours in a slightly jammy profile. It is quite firmly structured on the palate, with smooth, ripe tannins. Gently tangy acids are crisp, juicy, and succulent, while the chocolatey oak, plum, and earthy notes linger on the long, well-structured finish. Tasted Dec. 2024.

Smooth and refined, with nice flavour replays on the well-structured, harmonious finish, with very good length. Tasted Jan. 2025.
