This 80/20 blend of Syrah and Grenache has darker fruited aromas of black cherry, blackberry, savoury earth, dried spices, and pepper, of medium+ intensity. On the dry, medium-full bodied palate it is well-structured with lovely aroma replays echoing on the palate and supported by well-balanced acidity. It has good tannic structure on the mid-palate. Smooth and refined, with nice flavour replays on the well-structured, harmonious finish, with very good length. Tasted Jan. 2025.
