Wine lover since 2001! My interest in wine began while touring the factory where they printed the LCBO VINTAGES magazine.

This blend of Roussanne, Viognier, and Grenache Blanc was barrel-fermented and offers a maturing, medium-high nose that is waxy and lemony with paraffin, lemon oil, and herbal characters. It's full-bodied with more waxy notes on the flavourful, structured palate. Acids are very good. Mineral and leesy notes linger on the long, structured finish. Tasted Sept/2019.

Blend of 50% Roussanne, 30% Grenache, 10% Marsanne, and 10% Viognier. The medium intensity nose is ripe and fruity with floral, lemony, lanolin and waxy aromas. It's rounded and fleshy on the palate with lemony citrus, herbs, pear and stone fruit flavours brightened by a juicy mid-palate. Very good length on the finish. Tasted May/2018.

The medium-high intensity nose is fresh has ripe aromas of strawberry, cherry, and rhubarb. It's medium-full bodied on the palate with a rounded mouthfeel. Touch candied cherry flavour, plus aroma replays on the flavour profile. Juicy acids, smooth tannins, and very good length on the finish. Tasted May/2018.

Medium intensity nose of red cherry, clove, earth, and forest floor aromas. It is medium-bodied with nice aroma replays joined by strawberry notes. It has chalky tannins that need some time and very good length on the juicy finish. 100% Sangiovese. Tasted Oct/2018.

100% Melon de Bourgogne hand-picked from 40-70 year-old vines. Lemony aromas from the cork. In the glass, the nose is subtle, offering apple and citrus aromas with hints of stony minerals. Very good intensity on the crunchy palate with green apple and tart citrus flavours, plus some mineral and fennel notes, Fresh with vibrant, lively acids and a light spritz on the medium-bodied frame that is nicely textured. Stony mineral with hints of herbal linger on the finish, with very good length. Tasted July/2018.
