Beaurevoir Tavel Rosé 2014, Ac Bottle
Beaurevoir Tavel Rosé 2014, Ac
Rhône, France
$19.95

Unique: Some will like it & some not so much

Description: Light ruby in colour with a medium to medium+ intense nose. This wine features roses, strawberry, cherry, grenadine, apple pit and herbs de Provence. Medium body with some tannin, good acidity and a long length.

Negatives: A touch bitter on the finish

Interesting Point: Using a Chianti/Zin/Riesling glass will bring out the full potential of this wine. Using the larger Sauvignon glass made this wine more watery.

Drink now on its own or in the next year on its own or pair it with Spicy Pumpkin Ratatouille.
