An inky, fruity variety that is simple and approachable. The youthful nose is of blackberry jam, and red candy licorice. The palate is off dry with a medium body, lower acidity, and simple with jammy berries and strawberry. Great value for a casual party. (Feb 2011)

This Pouilly-Fumé is green grass and lemon zest on the nose. A light-bodied, highly acidic wine with lemon juice and herbaceousness on the palate. The finish is saline. A jarringly zingy wine to taste on its own.
