Cantina Del Castello Soave Classico 2015, Doc
Veneto, Italy
$16.95

Garganega 90%, Trebbiano di Soave 10%.
Rich fresh nose, reminiscent of acacia and wisteria flowers and white fruits, soft palate, distinctive mineral notes thanks to the volcanic soils where our Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave grapes are grown.
Serve at 7°C, as a sipper or an aperitif, great with white fish and light meals.
“Aromas of exotic fruit, white spring flower and yellow stone fruit lead the nose while the round creamy palate doles out apricot, mineral, chopped herb and nectarine. A mineral vein lifts the finish.” 90p,Wine Enthusiast'16.
