Mountain vineyards of Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache and Merlot are located around the old village of Sada, in one of the coolest and spesial parts of the vast winegrowing area of Navarra.
A medium-deep dark cherry colour with a ruby rim. Complex aromas of ripe plums, black fruit, toast and cocoa. Flavoursome on the palate with pleasant tannins and fine oak. A long, very full finish with spices coming through. Aged 9 months in French & American oak.
Can be cellared for few years or served now after good decanting with long slow cooked roasts of pork or lamb.

Crafted by blending wines from Trincadeira (famous for Port production), Aragonez (known elsewhere as Tempranillo, Cencibel, Tinta del Pais, Roriz…) and Alicante Bouschet grapes separately vinified in small tanks. Aged in French and American barrels during 12 m.
Dark fruit aromas interwoven with vanilla hints from oak aging, smooth on the mouth, fine tannin structure- can be enjoyed now or cellared for ~5 y.
Decant and serve at 16 ºC with red meats, barbeque fare hard cheeses and roasted nuts.

According to the ancient Greek myth Nemea-Agiorgitiko wine from Nemea, Peloponnese is so rich, dark, soft and mysterious because its vines were stained by the blood of the slewed by Hercules lion (no mentioning of the man’s blood so he must have been in protective gear).
Crafted from Agiorgitiko grapes from the mountains of Nemena P.D.O. - altitude 300 - 500 meters, sandy soils with some clay and gravel.
Decant and serve at 16ºC with grilled and roasted meats, veggies dishes and mid ripen cheeses.

Unlike famous Alazani wine (that has similar composition), this Kakheti wine is made in a dry process.
A light garnet in colour wine offers the aromas of pomegranate, forest fruits and spices. It has firm acidity along with powdery, mouth-filling tannins.
Serve at 16°C, great companion to beef and poultry dishes with sour dressings.
