Crafted from famous Agiorgitiko (St. George) grapes grown in small vineyards at ~500m in Nemea region, Peloponnese. After 14 months of French oak barrel ageing the rich fruity aroma enriches with nutty notes, echoes of vanilla and chocolate.
Decant and serve at 17⁰C with red meat, roasted and oven meals and medium ripen cheeses, especially smoked Metsovo Greek cheese. Can be cellared for over 10 years.
