Lilás 2014, Doc Douro

The "Alto Douro" Wine Region is part of a small elite classified as World Heritage by UNESCO.
Vineyards are planted near the village of "Casal de Loivos" is located at the sub-region of Cima-Corgo, Douro, in schist soil and arranged in terraces.
Lilac notes delight us first, while plum and berries aromas develop as wine matures.
Variety: Touriga Franca 40%, Tinta Barroca 30%, Tinta Roriz 30%
Serve at 17°C. Perfect accompaniment for red meat dishes, such as grilled or roast lamb, steaks and game.

Regio Old Vine Old Clone Zinfandel 2013, Lodi

Hand-picked , hand-select grapes from one of the oldest vine / old clone Lodi vineyards, some dating back to the 1850s.
Aromas of blueberry pie, cola, cherry and black liquorice enhanced by oak aging. It is rich, juicy and alluring on the palate with flavours of ripe red summer berries, cranberry, and hints of cinnamon and pepper. The long and delicious aftertaste is worthy of the history and work that has gone into those old vines all these many years. One sip and you’ll know why wine named REGIO, the Italian word for royal.
Serve at 18 C° with game meats and other grilled fare.

Oldest Georgian Brand in Canada.
Kindzmarauli is the most famous among Georgia's top wines. This late-harvest semi dry is crafted from select indigenous Saperavi grapes, which translates to 'paint or dye' and refers to the deep colour of the wines it produces, grown in Kindzmarauli PDO Micro-Zone known from ancient time as the “royal vineyards”. The wine's natural sugar is elegantly balanced with fresh acidity and velvety tannins. Serve at 16⁰C as a meditation wine, an aperitif or a great companion for roasted meats and salted cheese.

Pop Art Red 2014, Pgi Evia

The elegant blend of Vradiano and Merlot has bright ruby colour with purple overtones and a complex bouquet of roses, violets and black fruits, cherry, plum, pepper and cinnamon are all evident on the palate with balanced acidity and a pleasing frame of soft tannins. Vradiano is an extremely rare indigenous red grape grown in Central Greece, including the island of Evia.
Serve at 15°C. Perfect accompaniment for meat dishes like lamb, braised beef or game with red sauces. Also try it with piquant cheeses.

Astrum Cervi Feteasca Neagra 2014, Prahova

Crama Ceptura vineyards in the heart of Dealu Mare vineyards rgn (14 more sun days than anywhere else in Romania), central Romania. This has perhaps inspired the legend of the Noble as the Stag. Tempted by the warmth of this area, the stag, the king of the forest, often descends to Crama Ceptura vineyards. Best indigenous Feteasca Neagra grapes hand-picked from S exposure vineyards. Aged 6m in French oak.
Aromas of dried plums, black currants and cinnamon followed by rich complex sensation in the mouth with soft silky tannins. Serve at 16°C, with venison, beef or mid ripen gourmet cheeses.

Palacio De Sada Crianza 2013, Do Navarra

Mountain vineyards of Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache and Merlot are located around the old village of Sada, in one of the coolest and spesial parts of the vast winegrowing area of Navarra.
A medium-deep dark cherry colour with a ruby rim. Complex aromas of ripe plums, black fruit, toast and cocoa. Flavoursome on the palate with pleasant tannins and fine oak. A long, very full finish with spices coming through. Aged 9 months in French & American oak.
Can be cellared for few years or served now after good decanting with long slow cooked roasts of pork or lamb.
