Excellent Chateauneuf du Pape, enjoyable without need for much decanting. Very smooth and decent depth. No bitterness left and limited tannins compared to the 2015 reviews. Tasted December 2019.

Famille Perrin Les Sinards Châteauneuf Du Pape 2010

First time I tried a Chateauneuf-du-Paope and I was very impressed. Very smooth, full-bodied wine, with a perfectly balanced blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Syrah grapes. Tasted November 2013.

Lagoalva Reserva 2015, Vinho Regional Tejo

Very nice wine that required 3 - 4 hours of decanting before it turned out real nice and smooth and did not taste so tart any more. Tasted March 2018.

Barone Ricasoli Rocca Guicciarda Chianti Classico Riserva 2007

First attempt at Chianti was a great one ! Really enjoyed the complexity of this wine. Decanted for an hour and a half before I started enjoying it. Tasted even better after 2 hours. Clearly made for drinking with food, especially cheese. Tasted March 2013

Stayed very tannic even after 2-3 hours of decanting. I was expecting a lot more for this Brunello at this price point. Tasted December 2017.
