Wine lover since 2001! My interest in wine began while touring the factory where they printed the LCBO VINTAGES magazine.
Over time, my passion for wine grew. Now, I am highly regarded by friends and colleagues as a resource for when they need a wine for that special occasion, be it an anniversary, birthday, wedding, gatherings at home, or when they want to impress their special friend or the In-Laws.

Highly aromatic with lovely black cherry and oak spice notes along with hints of cherry and strawberry aromas. The medium+ bodied palate is smooth and elegant with refined tannins and lovely aroma replays plus some floral nuances. Complex. This has very good acids and a long, smooth finish. Tasted Apr/2017.

Medium-high aromatics offer purple fruits, sweet spice, cinnamon, pepper and black fruits, with much of the same on the full-bodied palate. A deep, inky wine with much depth of fruit, structured tannins and mouth-watering acids. The finish is very long. Tasted Nov/2016.

Perfumed medium-high aromatics of cassis, spice, cocoa and some vanilla. On the palate, it's medium-to-full bodied with red and black fruits and vanillan oak flavours; shows some mid-palate spiciness. It has vibrant acids and is slightly warm on the long finish. Tasted Oct/2015.

50/50 blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Medium+ intensity nose of mint, blackberry, and cedar oak. Pleasing aroma replays on the full-bodied palate joined by floral notes. It has fresh acids and a long finish. Will age nicely over the next 3-5 years. Tasted Sept/2015.

Terre Di Talamo Tempo Morellino De Scansano 2012, Docg

Hints of cherries and plums from the cork. In the glass, it has complex and inviting medium+ intensity aromas of dark cherry, earth, dried herbs and hints of meatiness. The palate is medium+ bodied and quite juicy with fresh acids with supple tannins. Evident oak aging is nicely integrated, with flavours of earth and hints of vanilla accenting the dark-fruited flavours. Becomes more earthy, savoury with air. Very good length on the earthy finish. Enjoy over the next 3-4 years. Tasted Apr/2016.

Medium-high aromatics featuring dark red berries, forest floor, plum and a hint of barnyard. It's medium-full bodied with very nice aroma replays, while the finish length is very long. A blend of 3 estate vineyards, this highly aromatic Riesling offers nice petrol, citrus, Flintstone vitamins and some mineral. The palate has nice citrusy, tart lemon and golden apple flavours with just a touch of sweetness due to the high acids. The finish length is very good. Tasted Oct/2016.
