Wine lover since 2001! My interest in wine began while touring the factory where they printed the LCBO VINTAGES magazine.
Over time, my passion for wine grew. Now, I am highly regarded by friends and colleagues as a resource for when they need a wine for that special occasion, be it an anniversary, birthday, wedding, gatherings at home, or when they want to impress their special friend or the In-Laws.
Combining my interest in the Internet/web/computers, you can find me at https://vintagewinepicks.blogspot.com where you will find more wine reviews, events and contests.

Highly aromatic on the nose with gooseberry, cat pee, and tropical fruits - think kiwi and passion fruit aromas. All of which come through nicely on the balanced palate that is lifted with fresh, vibrant, and bright acidity. Juicy citrus, passion fruit and kiwi notes linger on the long finish. Tasted Apr/2019.

100% Viura. Herbally, lime and mineral aromas from the glass. It is medium-full bodied on the palate with pleasing aroma replays on the flavour profile with very good fruit concentration. Acids are juicy while the finish is long and minerally. Tasted May/2019.
Cháteau Peuch Haut Les Complices 2016, Ap Languedoc
Languedoc, France$14.75
Blend of 55% Grenache and 45% Syrah. Fairly intense nose is minerally with earthy, pepper, herbs, spice, and dark plum, with much of the same on the medium-full bodied palate. Tannins are chalky, acids fresh, while the finish length is very good. Tasted May/2019.
Produttori Vini Manduria Zìn Fiano 2017, Igt Salento
Puglia, Italy$13.95
Medium-high intensity nose is ripe with herbally, anise, floral and some mineral aromas. It is medium+ bodied on the ripe palate with very good structure and lifted with fresh and crisp acids that lifts the palate. Pleasing aroma replays on the flavour profile, plus nutty hints on the finish. Tasted May/2019.
