A funky style Pinot that will only please a certain palate
Description: Light garnet in colour with a medium+ intense nose. This wine features dusty old wood, cherry, barnyard, figs and mushrooms. Medium body with mild tannins, good acidity and a fairly long length.
Negatives: None
Interesting Note: Lightly chill and serve in a Balloon style glassware
Drink now on its own or pair it with Duck Breasts with Port, Fig and Shallot Sauce.

Classic RRV Chard, love it
Description: Bright yellow gold in colour with a medium+ intense nose. This wine features medium toasted oak, butter, lemon, tangerine, peach, peaches & cream corn, fresh dill, lemon meringue, and apple blossom on the nose. Medium+ body with good acidity and a long length.

A blend of sweet & sour fruit
Description: Medium straw in colour with a medium intense nose. This wine features light oak, pink grapefruit, lemon, pineapple, passion fruit, quince and limestone. Medium body with good acidity and a long length.
Negatives: A little too sour on the finish
Interesting Note: Unlike some of their other Special Reserve wines from Ontario, this one isn’t VQA.
Drink now or in the next 3 years on its own or pair it with Tuna Tartare served on Avocado Brunoise, drizzled with Sweet & Sour Sauce, WhiteTruffle Oil and Red Caviar.

If this was $25 Chard, I would be disappointed, but this is under $12
Description: Deep straw in colour with a medium intense nose. This wine features light oak, lemon, dusty spiced oak, green & yellow apples, ginger, hazel & pine nuts and poached peach. Medium body with good acidity and a long length.

Interesting Note: On a blind I would think this maybe a Fiano

Can’t beat the quality & price for this Rosé which is dry but smooth as silk
Description: Light cranberry in colour with a medium intense nose. This wine features cherry candy, peach, strawberry, watermelon, rhubarb and Spy apple. Medium body with good acidity and a fairly long length.
Negatives: None
Interesting Note: Consistently a great Rosé, but I think this is so far my favourite vintage.

A good crisp, slightly oaked California Chard

Love the nose & although a tad astringent the taste is still quite good
Description: Dark ruby in colour with a medium to medium+ intense nose. This wine features cedar, black & red currants, plum, cassis, cloves, cinnamon, bell pepper, dry herbs, tobacco leaves, leather and purple lilacs on the nose. Medium+ body with medium tannins, good acidity and a fairly long length.
Negatives: None
Interesting Note: Decanting for min 30 minutes is recommended to smooth out the astringency.

For those that like sweet Pinots
Description: Medium ruby in colour with a medium+ intense nose. This wine features sweet cranberry, dark chocolate Maraschino cherry and Christmas cake. Full body with light tannins, average acidity and a fairly long length.
Negatives: Some heat from the 14.5% alcohol
Drink now on its own or pair it with Roasted Turkey with Apple-Onion stuffing.
