2019/20 + 2022-23*
March 2021.....awesome wine, The quality shines through. Dont recall exact details (had 6 weeks ago) but do remember it was easily worth the price paid. Had with cedar planked salmon. Enjoy bottle no. 2 during the 2022 salmon season.
October 2023....still very good but maybe not as fresh as it once was. Pedigree is evident. Smooth as all get out. Enjoyed with Norah & Jess, dining on cedar plank salmon with a maple-soy glaze, was a great combo, as always.
Galil Mountain Yiron 2013, Upper Galilee

Jan 2022....really good, smooth and delicious. Didn't feel the bite of 15.5% while drinking but did after was done (and only had one glass!). Highly drinkable as I had it with pizza and chicken nuggets, no problem. Will have with beef chilli tomorrow, should be perfect. Nice find. (92)

...if possible, share last bottle with someone (summer 2022)
December 2020....really good. Don't remember specifics but know that I really enjoyed it. Great value, wish I could have bought more but it sold out fast!
Dec 2020....gift to Gerrits
Jan 2022....really good, again! Could drink this all day and night. This wine could qualify as 'a one and only' if you had to choose, it seemingly would go with many foods (tonight roasted chicken leg and roasted veggies). Rich, flavourful, smooth. Lovely! Great value.

Aug 2022....with WeCook venison, delicious. Requires some aeration, min 30 minutes, 1 hour desirable. Quite smooth savoury and juicy. No real edges. I like a lot.

Oct 2020...nice wine for sure, didn't wow me the way I hoped it might.....give it another 2 years (late 2022). Had with leftover roasted chicken.
March 2021....guess I should have read my previous note before deciding on drinking....in any case I am enjoying this bottle, had with Mediterranean Chicken, yummy. Last one minimum 2023!
January 2024...had with Norah, paired with jerk chicken. Enjoyed it once again.
Trinity Hill Gimblett Gravels Syrah 2010, Hawkes Bay

???....don't remember having, but reviews suggest it may have been even better than 2013 (which I loved)....I must have enjoyed it having purchased another vintage....good decision....a definite consideration if future releases!
