Feb/18....1st of 2....rich & flavourful but a touch hot on the finish. Appears fully evolved, decent amount of sediment. Had with a homemade hamburger, nice but this wine needs a steak. Try last one 2019/20.
June 2020.....appears to have completely mellowed out, quite enjoyed, didn't sense the 'burn' from 2 years previous.

xdidn't document, but from year to year this wine has always remained consistent and good.....really like with tortierex
March 2020....there was no need to worry about leaving it too late....absolutely gorgeous....delicate, delicious, had with cedar planked salmon. This stuff is getting expensive but its worthwhile.
