Tuscany, Italy$57.95
(3) .....one as a possible gift??
2019 - 2025*.....might it last a lot longer??....according to Decanter drinking window is 2018-2030
Sometime prior to Nov 2021.....must have had one but don't remember it, can only find 2. No recollection, which possibly doesn't say much for the wine???

Sept 27, 2018...served pre-dinner (Gerrits, Steinmillers & Saconnes)...2 hours decant....really enjoyed, smooth & refined. Many years left, only hold off drinking unless need to.
January 14, 2023.....1.5 hr decant and could have used full 2 hours. Just got better and better with more time. So lovely like first time. Have last one next year or 2025.

2020/21* right away!
many opinions, 2020/2/5/6 etc....one recent review (Feb/20) thought it was at peak now...2020/21?
January, 2024....with Norah and paired with spaghetti Bolognese. A lovely wine - mature, dry, medium bodied, delicate, classy - a wine of finesse. Would buy again. (93)

vivino 4.1
January 14, 2020....had with dinner at Casa Carbone with my sisters & husbands + Andrew, Crystal & Darcy. Was really really good. Fresh with a little tartness, smooth, medium bodied....clearly a well made wine. One of the owners commented on it saying was one of his favourites. I can see why.
Dec 28, 2021....celebrating Tina's birthday with J & K, C & A. Was once again lovely but has smoothed out some in the past 2 years losing some acidic bite resulting in less of a wow for me but still a great bottle of wine. Drink last one in 2022.
Bodegas Mas Alta Artigas 2008, Do Priorat
Priorat, Spain$31.75
2019+2020
-found 1st one to be very strong flavoured, not really to my liking however on day 2 was much better so next time more aeration required (sometime 2017)
November 2020....has mellowed out some, still an intense full bodied wine but went marvellously with bbq steak (aerated for good hour or so). Got better as evening went on. Crystal had a sniff, and knew it was too powerful for her. Quite happy to have made an acquaintance with this wine.
Question, did I buy 2 or 3? my guess 2 which means all gone.

2016-2019
March 2024.....pretty sure this is the only one I have, probably gave one away. Was worried it might be bad but on the contrary quite nice. Certainly aged and smooth, but rich with dense fruit flavours, quite lovely. Had with leftover moussaka. (92)
