May, 2020.....with BBQ hamburgers with the kids. Quite delicious, Crystal really liked. Very flavourful (rich tasting) and smooth. Could feel the heat but acceptable. really nice blend. (92)

December 2020....had with lasagna, Sunday night with the kids. It was nice, smooth, pleasant flavours but didn't feel it was a 93 that I was tasting.In fact I thought the life had been sucked out of it, too mature. But what do I know. Maybe tonight with a roast chicken dinner I will come to appreciate it more.....Ok, take it all back. Slowed down to enjoy and taste what I was drinking....very good glass of wine, quite complex and layered. Hard to describe what I was feeling but that last swish in the mouth before gulping left a lingering flavours I hadn't experienced previously..lovely!
