December 2020....had with lasagna, Sunday night with the kids. It was nice, smooth, pleasant flavours but didn't feel it was a 93 that I was tasting. In fact I thought the life had been sucked out of it, too mature. But what do I know. Maybe tonight with a roast chicken dinner I will come to appreciate it more.....Ok, take it all back. Slowed down to enjoy and taste what I was drinking....very good glass of wine, quite complex and layered. Hard to describe what I was feeling but that last swish in the mouth before gulping left a lingering flavours I hadn't experienced previously..lovely!
