San Polo Rubio 2021, I.G.T. Toscana
Tuscany, Italy$21.70
Sangiovese with 10% merlot and 5% cabernet franc.
Was very good, double thumbs up; buy again for sure. Had it with spicy sausage, pasta. Open at least 30 mins, 45 better. Nice garnet colour

British Columbia, Canada$48.95
Fantastic - smooth, creamy, long silky finish
Cathedral Cellar Cabernet-sauvignon 2024, Western Cape
South Africa$19.95
Elegant, juicy and well structured cabernet. It is dry with ripe but not overripe fruit aromas and flavours. Very smooth with aromas of black cherry and cassis fruit with graphite, black olive and mild oak spice plus floral and herbal notes.
Bachelder L'Il Kirby A.k.a.kirby East Gamay Noir (52% Whole Cluster) 2024, Cru De Niagara VQA Four Mile Creek
Ontario, Canada$29.00
Note - 2023 vintage. From the Four Mile Creek VQA. Fruity and a bit riper, with less earth and minerality, than their bench offerings. 53% whole cluster.

Pecchenino San Luigi Dolcetto Di Dogliani 2022, Doc
Piedmont, Italy$23.95
Delicious - ripe cherry and black pepper with a long, tart cherry finish. Double thumbs up.
Undeniably delicious, this expressive dolcetto leans into the grape’s naturally soft acidity, yet holds its ground with fine-grained, gently grippy tannins. A clean, low-intervention red that lets the fruit do the talking. Bold, juicy, lightly ferrous with a scattering of dried rose petals. Salty and savoury but lifted by sweetly ripened red fruit. Honest, grounded, and unmistakably of its place.
