A well-made, smooth Cotes du Rhone, with no rough edges. No great depth or complexity but lots of south Rhone character and balance. All to easy to sip. Not for ageing, enjoy this year to capture that fruit. Tasted April 2022.

A delicious Full-bodied red made from blend of garnacha and cariñena. Loads of big ripe fruit and hints of herbs, not too far off a Cotes du Rhone. Picked up on sale at about $14, a steal. Not for keeping, just chill a bit and enjoy in the next 12 months or so. Tasted Sep 2024.

Ripe, and rich, with balanced oak and finely judged tannin Just a wee bit of herbal notes come through which simply add to the complexity. A wine for nearer term consumption in my view (i.e the next 2-3 years) but at $18, worth buying a few to see how it ages. great value indeed. Tasted Apr 2024.

Full-bodied, lots of flavour, not particularly complex but what do you want for a tenner and a tooney? Nice herbal twist to the ripe fruit, but detracting just a bit is a hint of sweetness on the finish (8g/L according to the LCBO website). Still, well worth buying for a cheap bbq wine.
