Strawberry and floral notes on the nose. Crisp acidity and light-to-medium bodied. Very drinkable but a bit simplistic.

Aromas of lemon, lime, peach, and a hint of grassiness. The wine is well balanced, medium-bodied with a length aftertaste.

Casillero Del Diablo Carmenere 2010

Plums, spices, and hints of tabacco on the nose. Plenty of ripe fruit with slightly harsh tannins. The wine is well balanced though and will age well for 2-3 years.

Beso De Vino Seleccion Red 2009, Carinena

Blackberry, coffee, spices, and tobacco on the nose. It has softening tannins, plenty of fruit, is medium-to-full bodied, and will last for about another 3 years.

Villa Sandi Pinot Grigio 2010, Veneto Igt

Lemon, melon, honeysuckle, orange rind on the nose. The wine has a crisp acidity, is light-to-medium bodied, and is well balanced. Good summer wine but somewhat unexciting.

Stlto Merlot-malbec 2009

Plums, coffee, blackberries, mint, and jamminess on the nose. The wine is medium-bodied, has lots of fruit, has soft tannin, and a lingering aftertaste. Excellent value.

Black cherry, black pepper, and hints of mint on the nose. The tannins are soft and the wine is medium-bodied with plenty of fruit.

Duboeuf Beaujolais-villages Nouveau 2011

Blueberry, prunes, and cherries on the nose. Huge amounts of fruit and some slightly green tannins on the palate, but overall it is a very drinkable wine.
