Very old school, complex nose. Pronounced sandlewood aromas and quite smooth. But a bit unbalanced, a tad too much acidity and it seems a bit thin in the middle. Not a fruit forward wine.

Lighter than I expected, but with lots of drying tannin and good acidity. Nevertheless elegant with a smooth, polished finish. Overall, a lovely wine. Might make another trip to the LCBO before this disappears.
